They see the crap again of what they have done with Land Rover. They will never come to the realization that these vehicles can be used by other government institutions. For example, by ORMAN, AFAD, or Health.

They sold the Land Rovers at a ridiculous price to a dealer. And this dealer delivered the vehicles to European customers at inflated prices.

TSK learns nothing.

LAND Rovers and UNIMOGS are highly sought-after vehicles worldwide, regardless of their age or condition.

These Unimogs have been maintained, cared for, and have few kilometers, just like Land Rovers back in the day!!!

I hope TSK eventually wakes up from its beauty sleep and stops these senseless actions.

If KKK was managed by TuAF or TN every vehicle would have been used optimally 15-20 years beyond their life expectancy, and nothing sold off.

Government botching Altay was probably reason for why we have to make do with m113, m60, leo2. Until now.

That has nothing to do with the government, but with Logistics Command and EDOK.

These UNIMOGs could be successfully converted and used in Karayollari, forestry, agriculture, or health.

Now they are being acquired by three or four private traders at the lowest prices and shipped to Europe. At a very high price. It's just a shame that KKK has no idea what valuable things they possess.

Multiple Ejder 6x6s at Kayseri 2. ABFM, including those with Georgian camo. We haven't saw any Georgian Ejders in years. I wonder if they are being serviced here or were returned and being refurbished to be sold to other countries. One on the left both have the Georgian camo and the more recent sand color on rear door.

The contract for the modernization of the Leopard 2A4 tanks in the inventory of the Turkish Land Forces was signed between the SSB and BMC on 30 December 2022, and the implementation schedule has started.

The project covers the integration of indigenously developed systems such as "Volkan 2 Fire Control System", "Tank Command Control Communication Information System", "Additional Ballistic Protection", "Internally Controlled Weapon System", "Auxiliary Power Group" and "Active Protection (AKKOR) System".

On 21 February 2025, an additional number of Leopard2A4 tanks were included in the scope of modernization in line with the contract amendment.

The modernized tanks are planned to be taken into inventory between 2026 and 2029."

This program started in 2020, all we have to show for are 40 Leopard 2T1s with roketsan armor packages, that's it.

They are as good as our Altay because neither exist yet!

They are the same program, second is an addon on the first. It's not 40+81, but 40+41 totaling 81. And afaik the second batch didn't receive it.

8x8 and 6x6 were already ready a decade ago (FNSS and Otokar) (and a decade ago was 2016, how fast time passes)

Very futuristic and sleek design, I wouldn't be surprised if it has lower stanag level, but higher speed and maneuverability
