It's not AI completely. The speaker is real but you can have someone read out a text like that for like 20-30 bucks or something.
The text itself is AI and judging by the quality of the slides -which is what they are- it's an amateur looking for quick views. Not really worth our time IMO. Probably some poor young dude from a 3rd world country.
