Their source of buying happiness is bound to end in this century, let's see if they spend that money wise to keep on buying the happiness or if one day people will demand their rights.
Which people want rights? Indians? I can guarantee you most Emiratis are very loyal to their leaders as their society is inherently tribal. Their tribes all trust Abu Dhabi to rule over the country, and so far it has been great for them.

Even if poor they will never have democracy as long as the tribal system exists.

You don't know their society as well as you think my friend.

Actually I dont and I dont pretend I do. But eventually people might ask for more rights or another leadership, if the economy is not running as smooth any more once the oil revenue declines and wealth is at risk.

Just to compare to Turkey: a large part of the countries doesnt give a fuck about rights and democracy as long as they have money in the pocket, once that changed they (see current polls for example) started to turn against the government.

It will likely switch to another leader voted in by the 7 Emirates leaders collectively. But democracy still isnt very likely in my opinion yet.

As it is right now tribal loyalty is still very important, and as long as you tribe supports the govermental system as it is you will likely as well.

To be fair the UAE was never under Ottoman leadership they were far too weak and insignificant at the time. Only after the advent of oil were they able to be something.

Its a fallacy where you think that most Emirati even want democracy, they went from being dirt poor to being rich in a veru short time period. Its highly unlikely a democratic leader would have done 10% of what was accomplished.

Out of all Muslim countries the countries run under a monarchy are stable.

While most republics except Turkey and Indonesia are nothing more than hellholes, dictatorships and riddled with civil wars.

Im not pro monarchy. People should choose the system that works the best rather than choosing democracy and liberalism especially when such things fail in a lot of non western countries.

How come Arabs are OK with Russian, US, French, Israeli, Iranian and other presence in their lands but when it's Turks all hell breaks loose?

No intelligence. Hence why they keep getting destroyed in wars by white men. I mean the 6 day war if were being honest was humiliating. A hundred million Muslim Arabs got absolutely destroyed by tiny Jewish Israel.

The next hundred years will lead to many new wars for the arabs where they keep losing. When they can't make easy money off oil and gas they will turn into the worlds poorest peoples.

Arab future is very dark.

Well I do not believe that their leaders are without brains. Pragmatism is what’s necessary and RTE has let his emotions and stupid ppl screw things up majorly for Turkey. GC allowed into EU was the one of the biggest mistakes.

In chess you either have moves or you don’t. Waiting things out is not in our favor. While rest of the world screws up our neighborhood.

I'm convinced their leaders are generally of a low quality. I'm not on about morality or character, i'm simply on about statesmanship. The Europeans carved out these Arab states from the Ottomans and took Arab peasants living in tents and made them kings of what became European vassals.

Since then arabs haven't gone on to produce anything and are only known for losing wars or wasting easy money. When you think of the middle east or Arab lands in general the world just thinks constant killing and bloodshed mixed with a backward middle eastern mindset that cannot create or invent. Ironically before erdogan we were one of the few countries that proved to the world Islam can exist in the modern world, while our country improved the image of Muslims Arabs in general worked against the image of Islam.

Arabs have a dark future ahead of them, thats not an insult but just a reality.

The problem for the Turkish people is that we are not the same race, of the same character or even the same culture, but we do share a religion. And what happens is all the Arab failure and humiliation they bring onto the religion is also thrown against the Turks too. Our image has suffered greatly internationally because of Arab dictators and monarchies who go on to lose wars and get humilated. With Saddam and Ghaddafi being the most recent examples of Arab dictators/leaders paraded by the west and murdered by the west while being celebrated by the west.

Take the Palastininas issue where parents allow their kids to stand in open fire of the Israeli armour and tanks throwing stones, naturally the Israelis use it to gun down the Palestinians like they are worthless, then you get the screaming mothers asking where Allah is.

Allah gave us all a brain, if you don't use it, do not blame Allah for it.

To make matters worse instead of the Arabs supporting one of the few serious Muslim majority states in Turkey, they choose to bow their heads down to Europeans while working with them against the Turks, while the arabs can see the same europeans are using them and working against them too.

And like its been mentioned the Arab has no problem with Americans, Russians, French, English, Spanish occupying their lands, but the moment they hear the Turks are coming to restore dignity to Muslim lands they are all up in arms.

The Turkish position in LIbya restored dignity to the lands the GNA liberated. The Turkish position in lands she entered in Syria restored dignity to sunni Muslims. Turkish support for Azerbaijan allowed dignity to be restored for the Muslims there who no longer feel the victim against christians, but instead men of honour and integrity. The Turkish position in Somalia is bringing dignity back to those people who have seen their country over run with terrorists. Where ever Turkey goes she restores dignity to the people.

Dont forget how the Iraqi army fled Mosul.

Guess what the Arabs blamed us for the failure by saying we are supporting isis 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

So pathetic and petty.
