If Haftar really is gonna try and start another war, then the GNA's primary objective should be to capture or kill him. He's clearly the flagship figure around whom opposing powers are trying to build another army to dismantle the peace, so taking him out should complicate things considerably for them.

Many dont realise this, but the richest continent in the whole world in terms of resources isnt Asia, Europe, or America but it is the continent of Africa; yet, while they are the richest in terms of resources, they are the poorest compared to many other nations in terms of technological advancement, people living standard etc....

Haftar, after his military failure at several fronts, is nothing more than a figure head which they can just replace at a moment's notice
IMO, if GNA really wants the upper hand, it should take control of Jufrah air base along with the city of Sirte as they are the closest to the largest oil production centres in the country

Not gonna lie, I'm actually kinda skeptical. Child soldiers aren't an easy thing to hide and would've been on camera a dozen times by now. Also, they seem to be implicating Turkish proxy groups, rather than Turkey itself, but still putting the actual country on the list. By that measure, half of NATO should be on it, with the US at #1. You wouldn't believe the amount of dirt we have coming out on a regular basis about the CIA's "secret operations".
