Sorry, but I don't see why Russia would do anything to support Turkey to that extent. It's not going to happen, so offering that would just weaken TRNC and TC hand.

Let me say it in a different way, how many countries civilian airplanes are landing on TRNC or anything that lays anchor ? If a small fishing vessel from Russia anchor in TRNC, that would be a first, and that would be proof of Russia willing to step up if cooperation increased.
