According to you, yes. According to the rest of the planet no. You and I will never find the solution to this problem. Anyway, in the Netherlands there is a city called The Hague, which houses the international Court of justice. That's the place for your complaints. Good luck.

Your own prof says you should avoid international court.

No need, for going to court. We can very well protect our EEZ with our Navy. I see none wants to challenge the Turkish Navy.
First of all legalize your claims. And we don't live in the Middle Ages anymore, it's not convenient this kind of conflict for either countries. Greece is not Lybia, Syria, Armenia etc... Going to court is the most viable solution. And if Greece loses, it's fine by me.

This map is made by Greeks, not rest of the world, currently there is a dispute on borders and both sides have their own claims but thats doesnt mean rest of the world is supporting Greek claims.
And since when does The Hague solve territorial disputes? I thought they only go after war criminals as the name tells already.

Bro, seems like you don't know how countries declare their EEZ.

What's territorial waters, continental shelf and EEZ.

But bro, i'm not finding the fault in common Greeks. You know, i follow some Greek channels and debates. You have no experts on these issues speaking in TVs.

Talking but no actions? Check it out.

Maybe stop de-railing the subject and trolling and go back to discussion of the matter you have posted about ?

Well, don't compare Cyprus with Greece. Cyprus wasn't neither a NATO member nor in the EU.

So Greece was not a guarantor and not a party of the war?
Did Turkey even hesitated knowing they will need to face Greece in Cyprus?

A direct war is a different thing. You can't compare an invasion in Cyprus with a full blown attack on Greek territory. And you have put EU defence pact in the equation now.

Any sane person would know there will be no full blown war in 21st century.
If Invasion of Cyprus ended vice-versa, you wouldn't be really telling that, just because you were the on losin side now you claim "it wasn't really an important thing".
Ignoring a failure and a loss is worse, i can assure you.
And you have put EU defence pact in the equation now.
Actually this is what you are relying on, i mean personally, despite of talking about legalization, courts, you are on side of leaning on EU and using brute force to ensure absurd claims because you also know there is no legal way to obtain it.
If court was going to resolve it in a way Greece would like, this would happen 10,20 years ago.
Anyway we also know who also avoids a legal resolution even submission of a claim for EEZ demarcation knowing legal affects of it.
