How can Israel order a NAVTEX for exercises in Turkish waters?

This is madness.

can NAVTEX be imposed on any EEZ of any country as long as it is out of the 12 mile territorial waters ?

seems Greek S300 also threw a lock on Turkish F16, why do that if they want to keep it’s location secret ?

But unless government makes an official complaint to NATO I just assume government want to rile up the tension to coming elections.

IMO we need to start making a few mini subs and start using them. Developing them further to be able to launch missiles towards land targets are very necessary
