At the same time our politicians brought ocalan to the public.

Politicians are all snakes. I trust soldiers more than a politician.

Politicians are either rats or snakes.

Turkey lost its first soldier to a FPV drone attack the other day.

If I write what I truly feel about this dismissive attitude to the death of one of soldiers, not only I would probably get banned from this forum but it would possibly put me in some sort of a list by this government.

This is unacceptable. Not only every death we suffer should be avenged 100 fold, but to have someone that is in charge of our military should never, ever brush it aside like this. If this... man... truly loved our soldiers, he would never talk like this, and if others in the government and presidency truly loved this country, they would demand his resignation, immediately.

Shameful appearance from the Turkish MoD
At the very least he shouldnt appear smiling as if every thing was hunky dory
Truly shameful
It's what we are left with at the top of the army after 20 years. Unserious yesmen. He wasn't ever supposed to be at this rank and should have retired as an unremarkable 2 star general from the mapping command.

There is serious degeneration at the high command of the Turkish Armed Forces/MoD. We have an unremarkable yesman as MoD right now. Before that, we had a muppet who has been taken prisoner at his own HQ by his own hand-picked men and slept on the job while some officers plotting a coup. Normally, tradition and honour dictate that he should take his own life. If he is unable to do that, he should have been court-martialled and stripped of his rank due to negligence of his duty. He was given a promotion and became the MoD.

9 Turkish soldiers have been injured in an FPV drone attack. Wasn't PKK supposed to be disarmed and surrendered?

Clearly there's a massive disconnect between the politicians dictating the operations and the reality on the ground.

@Mis_TR_Like this is why I refuse to be a soldier neither would I want my kids.

Our blood is cheap. Politicians would easily sell us out for votes and money.

When we die they use our deaths for propaganda purposes. Turkish commanders warned of the fpv threat numerous times but the idiots in charge ignored it.

I would actually have a big rant artik im done with Erodgan, Chp, mhp and the akp. They are all complicit.

No need to both side this mate, there is only one side that is pushing for this as they have done before when they needed more votes. Remember the referandum over 10 years ago?

And anyone who participated, or knows someone who has, in the Hendek operations can tell you where this will eventually lead.

The "politicians" don't care about soldiers, citizens or the land. They never have, if they had they would have not willingly sabotaged our F-35 deal, they would have not sabotaged Altay, they would not be sabotaging procurements for the Land Forces for 20 years now. They gloat with the 1 in 10 projects they were not able to sabotage and sadly our sheeply people fall in line meanwhile they them to their faces what they are and what they plan on doing.

It is a wonder TSK still stands which how many hits it has taken. It is a wonder the economy of this country still exists. Everything that has been done by the ruling party the last 20 years has been negative for this country and its people, yet they went and voted for them still.

Shows how stable the foundations that were created are that this country is still semi stable.

They gloat with Kaan yet can't be bothered to protect the lives of the engineers who are working on it. Because they don't care.

They know a terror org. will never let down its weapons but if there is a slim chance its supporters and its political arm will support them and their fucked up new constitution meant to break this country apart and make someone the uncontestend leader of said country until he dies so he can't prosecuted they will do it. And his followers will do it too because they hang on his teats like parasites who without him would be working thankless jobs in factories or driving taxis (nothing wrong with that) instead they drive luxury vehicles and living lives the average person can dream of.

CHP is at fault too, they are the main reason we have been suffering this party on our heads for so long. 2018 they had a choice and they made the wrong one and followed the guy who sold the last election.

CHP voters love to call akp voters sheep but act the same way. Anyone with an inch of brainmatter could see what KK actually is from 1000 yars away. Yet they followed him like sheep. Every single thing Ince said was true, every single thing Aksener said during the election was true. The same people who cried after KK now insult his name.

None of this was necessary. The polls were clear. We could be witnessing a whole different Country right now.

Finally people are starting to see just how bad the CHP is for Turkey, that party literally killed the democratic protest movement that was growing just this year.

If it wasn't for Ataturk founding the CHP, the party wouldn't be nearly as big today. The CHP would have been replaced by an actually competent party that would of kicked the AKP from power.

This is why Turks need to protest the Closed-list voting system and demand electoral reform.

As long as the Turkish citizens are not directly voting for individuals and it is the party that installs them, then Turkey isn't a democracy and horrible things like this will continue to happen since politicians are not accountable to the people.
