Turkey doesnt even have its own gas or oil that will power its fighting vehicles, ships, drones, and jets while Russia has one of the highest Gas reserves in the world

As far as I know(I've read this somewhere else) this is a issue with the turret. Optics and the gun is integrated so when the gun is elevated the optic is elevated as well. So for overcoming this issue, the system make the calculations when the gun is leveled and automaticly elevate the gun when its fired and returns the gun to the leveled position after the firing is finished.

Someone with better knowled about the issue will answer though.
