Its the same tactic over and over again, bark and bark and hope the americans and russians are swayed by it, when they are not go silent for 6 months and then repeat the same tactic. Its a losers mindset.

Realistically he should have just gone in hard on the side that Russia controls, say nothing and do what needs to be done.

Every time we do these operations or claim to want to do it we give the international media the platform to start up the Turks committing genocide and Kurds fighting Isis to protect western freedoms narrative. Then to make matters worse none of the ak party mouth pieces ever counter this narrative. The last interview erdogan even did on CNN they dubbed him talking about the PKK as wanting to attack the Kurdish people.

We are losers with this kind of politics.

Winning the elections is essential, which may lead to suboptima decisions. But Turkish military is sacred. It fears no one and no country. Because our soldiers are ready to become martyrs. If you are ready to die, you dont fear anything. It is not easy of course for our young soldiers, and hopefully we wont have many martyrs. But this is I think a good opportunity for our country to rectify the mistakes of the past. Hopefully this opportunity wont be missed due to political issues.

Its meant that under Erdogan we act like indecisive cowards, the armies performance whenever its been deployed has been our saving grace. If our army was just as incompetent as our politicians we wouldnt survive as a state, not in this geography.

10 years later both the USA and Russia are entrenched along the border protecting the PKK and working together against Turkey, meanwhile "we can come suddenly one night".

They do something like this you move in right away and if the Americans target the Turkish military all American facilities within Turkey must be shut down. Turkish people must be completely educated as to what they are facing. There is a long range plan in play here by america to create a pkkistan, entrench their army within it and then use that psudo state to start arming and inciting the kurds of Turkey directly. With the eventual aim to create the same stratergy they used on saddam where they will use northern syria/iraq to create a no fly zone over the south east of Turkey. I suspect their arming of the islands and bases in greece is in aid of this long term plan.

When erdogan was talking about America/NATO together creating a no fly zone over syria to protect the 10 to 15 million syrian refugees who fled their country, the americans were adament that under no circumstances could it ever be done. Had this been done their would have been no refugee crisis striking europe either.

SNA are still preparing but operation can be launched as soon as they are done with their preparations.

At the same time SNA prepares TSK is softening YPG positions, exhausting them both physically but also mentally. With the recent strategic targets we hit on their critical infrastructure and also high value targets their morale drops. We already witness defecting YPG fighters including so called commanders.
