The American military was provided with information by the Turkish military before the operation, and yet they screwed it up. After the operation, the Americans lied coldly all over the world and also thanked the PKK. And since the pkk has not forgotten to associate Turkey with ISIS.

In the end, however, the American chose the wrong side. What they have said, especially thanks to the PKK, is to puke

By all means this is not like operation eagle claw. Lots of conflicting reports about on how it ended.

Im thinking they tracked him down either tried to kill him or capture him in a raid. That did not workout so they blew the place up or maybe isis ring leader panicked not to get captured so he maybe blew himself up.

Interesting how US Special forces had to blow up their own stealthy black hawk helicopter so it does not end up in anybodys hands.

Black stealthy black hawks are the elusive helicopters which everybody talks about. Still wreckage is not good pr. In a sof operation least thing you want is your equipment not working.
We this stealthy T-70 too.

its becoming obvious that with the ukraine/russia conflict another opening is coming for Turkey to enter syria and destroy the ypg/pkk, naturally the americans/europeans who own the communist terrorist organisation have created another "ISIS" story to counter Turkish actions. Every time Turkey looks to enter the region, we get these convenient isis propaganda stories which are only ever used against Turkish interest.

Turkey’s PR machine should be in warp speed mode exposing this and shaming the Americans.

Go in and destroy the PKK once and for all, and if they bark- support the russians when they decide to annex the baltics and scandinavia.

Thats one of the biggest problems with having an open islamist as the leader of the state, it makes it easy for enemies of Turks and Muslims to paint Turkey as a fanatical islamist state, when in reality its more chilled then most western states. Its easier to feel comfortable in Turkey then it is in Poland. A non-white person is going to find it even easier in Turkey then they will in most of europe. Not that anything is wrong with Poland but its to highlight how extreme the propaganda has been against Turkey.

But in that sense Turks have themselves to blame for constantly supporting AK party, Erdogan made it so easy for negative narratives to be painted about Turkey.

A good example was turning the Hagia Sophia into a mosque, did nothing positive outside of appealing to ak party voters. Internationally it only helped paint Turkey as an islamist dictatorship that is anti-west anti christian. What Turkey does with that building is her business but it was so dumb to do this now. We could list a thousand things erdogan has said and done that made it easy for propaganda to stick against Turkey.

Even with Hagia sophia as a Museum really did not stop Christians, Europeans or Americans spitting out their toxic venom towards Turks.

I feel like Hagia Sophia was a good middle finger. Even if Tayyip done it for votes most people wanted it to become a mosque again for decades.

If people give a shit about feelings then cordoba mosque should be a museum.

If orthodox christians care about respect why the fck do they destroy our mosques across the balkans?

Fck them and their feelings. May not be a proper Muslim as I try my best to practice my religion. Even I wanted hagia sophia to become a mosque again. Turning it into a museum was a mistake from the start.

say operation xy inside of turkey
make a no fly zone over turkeys borders from iraq till the coast..
so US can go but have to go over iraq :)

dont let the no fly zone end because of PKK terror organisation..

We cant fall into their traps, we got to play the game wiser. We can't keep giving them easy propaganda pieces to use against us. The reality is that most of the power in the world is held by the anglo-american establishment. They alone own most of the international media and we have to take this into account. Turks can take a million refugees in, the worlds media will not show us positively. The Greeks can kill refugees and the international media calls it protecting borders.

I've seen plenty of Arab dictators give the west the middle finger in the end they all got destroyed and humiliated.

Take Ataturks example, he crushed the greeks destroying their greater greece ambitions, when a greek flag was rolled out on the floor for him to step on, he refused saying no nations honour should be humilated.

We need to behave like this, say nice things show nice things, but destroy the enemy on the field comprehensively. Ataturk was so good that the people he crushed ended up loving him. The Greeks would nominate Ataturk for a Nobel peace prize only a few years after getting absolutely destroyed on the field by forces commanded by Ataturk.

The victory was so comprehensive that the greeks who couldnt find a space on an american/british boat to flee ended up swimming across the sea of islands.

then you can write that too.

The Turkish UAVs and American UAVs and all helis(3) involved had the same take-off and landing airport.

Sources close to the Pkk say that the YPG offered the Americans for Heli's base are Propoganda. In IDLIP all helicopters coming from the east release ALARM under SMO and HTS. Only for helis coming from Turkey are left alone. The 3 American helicopters were also filmed sighted but not shot. Only one MH 60 took an RPG hit during combat. This was also left and later destroyed by an F16, which also took off from a NATO base.

We don't need more criminals in Turkey. Turkey isn't an anarchy like krg

The KRG is basically mob rule, its a complete mess. Most kurds support a clan, with the two main ones being Barzani/Talibani. Without Turkish investment/trade and oil/gas revenues it would be even more of a disaster.

If the KRG remained as is for the next 100 years it will only have been ruled by 3 rotating families.

We don't need that tribal nonsense, its bad enough with AK party.

The middle east for the most part is a complete failure.

This sounds racist. Are you saying Kurds are criminals ? The scale of corruption in the KRG isn't the same as Erdogan's. I could reverse this statement but that would be a huge generalization. We have better free press for example.

Turkey runs very similar to the KRG. I joked that Erdogan learnt from the KRG a while back but implements it on a much wider scale with complete capture of state institutions. It is also Turkey that is the main power behind the Barzani's which entrenches this status quo.

Middle East is generally like this because accountability is superseded by power politics and the middle class lacks agency compared to the west.

Also. Turkey still buys AANES oil.
