You can hit moving targets but it is not ideal. If the IIR seeker sees it, it will hit it. The problem is ship might move out of the IIR seeker's sight by the time the missile gets there.

That is a valid question!
Unless we are using a very powerful explosive that we are not aware of, the frontal penetration power of Tanok on modern tanks is open to discussion. But top attack capability of Tanok makes it a missile to be reckoned with.
The Israeli version Lahat has an effective penetration of up to 800 mm of RHA armor steel with its tandem warhead. It is 2kg heavier and travels at just under 0.9 Mach. It is similar in length to Tanok and it’s diameter is 105mm.

I've been doing some looking into it. And finding it difficult to believe that a 105mm diameter, 2.5kg warhead on LAHAT can penetrate 800mm of RHA.

If you look into it yourself comparing ATGM's that are capable of 800mm penetration of RHA they have much larger warheads.

Ukraine's STUGNA 105mm diameter cannon launched ATGM has 550mm of penetration against RHA. Israel's LAHAT is likely capable of penertrating around 500-600mm of RHA

The first national Hypersonic missile is expected to appear by the end of this decade. There are projects for sub-technologies of hypersonic missiles like combustion chambers ceramic bogeyman posted above and structural heat resistant advanced alloys/materials. Body heat shield materials, insulation materials for electronics etc. Supersonic flight and ramjet technology are pretty well established at this point. It is only a matter of time before products pop out.

I expect that after the US, China, Russia and maybe Japan. Turkey will follow closely fielding an operational system.

According to Mr. İbrahim Sünnetçi Som-J (540kg) is getting lighter. Specs will probably be updated like Atmaca (800kg to 750kg).

I believe a TRG series missile has speed past mach 3.

Zircon is a hypersonic missile, and that means it's Mach 5+
