Where is this launch site? Trabzon airport ?
And for longer ballistic missiles Turkiye can launch it from iğneada toward Blacksea Trabzon 1000km distance + altitude 3000-5000 km i think it can be launched from there .
With a little maneuvering, the distance between Tekirdağ/İğneada and Artvin/Hopa is 1100 km

I suspect they might be making 2 different configurations with the same warhead. One being the BORA sized missile with 561++ km range and other being the thing we have seen today with god knows how many kilometers range.

After 1st firing trial of Tayfun missile (560km), Mr. Erdoğan said that range of Tayfun will be increased to 1000 km. This could possibly be the first trial of enhanced Tayfun variant mentioned by Mr. Erdoğan.

If we are not going to furnish a MRBM with a nuclear warhead, it is irrelevant and waste of money to send it 1000+km away , especially if it is closer to 3000km away. To convey a typically 450-600kg warhead to that sort of distance, is cheaper by an aircraft.
But if we have a really heavy missile with a big warhead and can travel at very high hypersonic speeds at mid course, then it can be very deadly within 600-1200km range because :
1. It would be able to carry more explosives and fuel to carry it in to it’s mid course.
2. With suppressed trajectory and manoeuvring it becomes even more difficult to intercept.
3. With a very high terminal weight it‘s speed at impact could be hypersonic. That further adds to it’s difficulty of being intercepted.

If we watch the two launches of this missile, it is evident that different flight trajectories have been set.

Since missiles like Barak 8 and it’s ER version can effectively intercept quasi ballistic missiles like Iskander, it is prudent of Roketsan to introduce certain capabilities in to our Tayfun and CENK missiles rather than concentrating on pure long range.

Modern nuclear warheads tend to be quite a lot lighter than 450 kilos. If you manage to make a 3000-something km range missile capable of yeeting 450 kilos, that missile will surely go farther with a 180-270 kg warhead.(weight of W87, warhead used in the minuteman 3's, capable of up to 475 kilotons.)

That's one leg of the nuclear triad, right there.

900 km NATOM has been declared in the Black Sea. (probably for Tayfun).

"All I was told at the fairs was that Turkey will surpass all countries in the region (except Israel, including Iran) in terms of ballistic missile quality (range, precision strike, different missiles for different missions, etc.) in a very short time."
What's so special about Israel? What do they have that we don't?

Nothing, maybe range. Our BM will be MRBM and they have ICBM. 10000km range missile. In the future we will get it to.

Another thing is ICBM with out Nue warheads is waste of missile, if we are making 1 then we will need a nuke warhead otherwhise do not wast money on that.
