1st image is a canister but it's only 18m in length and 2.5m wide so not the 70T one (likely for article transport)

Seems a new system is getting close to launch testing. The shape (wider booster section that tapers into a slimmer upper stage) resembles the VEDA satellite launch vehicle, which we know has been under development:

But GODOFPARADOXES indicates this is "P-32", which was previously reported by some as a Hypersonic weapons program:
