The source you posted does not know anything, while we learned that the export permit was obtained from the mouth of Temel Kotil in a program broadcast on CNN, the friend named Max was still denying it. He just writes what he wants to hear, not a serious source.
I am aware of that. What I'm looking for are official date of delivery of T129 to PAF.

It's our first export of T129, so I assume that the officials are going to make a very big deal out of it. But since we haven't heard anything I'm just asking questions as we should.

Its soldiers are training here and we are just in the month of September. Nobody said their questions were ridiculous, it's a very logical question, but in such cases, it is possible to delay more than 1 month if necessary. Their soldiers are also trained with our gendarmerie, EGM and land forces personnel.

Sounds very cool. Could you provide a source of that as well. I was under the impression it was only T129 piloting training and such.

What kind of source do you want, years ago, a relative of mine was working in the helicopter department as a senior technician and he said that the soldiers received basic training in Ankara before returning to their base. they are getting an education. Egm, Gendarmerie and Land Forces are already in the same region, they do not keep Egm T129s in the Bosphorus, the reason for their purchase is only diplomacy.

I’m gonna be inclined to believe this has nothing to do with export permission.

TAI wouldn’t produce the choppers if the license wasn’t issued and surely not invite the first team to undergo training.

If such a thing was the case why didn’t we see Pakistani pilots and maintance crew receive training

Also Mister Kotil said the first delivery was gonna happen a month ago.
There is something else going on and I’m inclined to believe it stems from the buyer site instead of TAI.

Neither site making any clear statements points me this way too. If the problem was TAI the PHAF would make it known.

The problem could also be financial and the reason why TAI is withholding deliveries.

Philippines also has marine helicopter requirements. Dhruv is competing in the tender I guess.

Hayırlı olsun. Güle güle kullanın. ''Congratulations. I hope you will be satisfied using it.''
