You pick a man who's legacy is "I'm Alevi and I've lost elections for 20 years" as the opposition candidate. Extreme galaxy-brain move. This dude would have been cooked after his first lost in the UK. In Turkiye? Yeh have 11 more goes at it lmao

No option is bullshit.

How many candidates there are. They are treating as if there is no opposition candidates.
well for the first round as you know there was Ogan and Ince but non of them would be able to get the majority votes against erdogan, among 3 KK was the option that has the highest win chance.

Kılıçdaroğlu was the only one able to build the coalition to oppose Erdogan.

Despite the obstacles, he got a very high vote rate. The problem is that this is simply not enough when everything is stacked against you by a man that controls the state.

KK bribed the other members of the alliance with MPs to gang up on Meral Akşener to support his candidacy. This shameless act brought shameless result.

Now either Akşener forces KK and his core team to resign so that the two parties can be allied in the local elections next year, or Akşener demolishes the alliance effective immediately.

Yeah KK lost to Erdogan so many times by the way.

Let me guess he rigged the system no need to rig a system when your opponent is garbage.

Most of people voted KK not because he is KK but he is the candidate of the opposition, if it would somebody else lets say Imamoglu or Yavas people would vote for them.

Was he garbage ? A few more percent and he would have won. Don't forget, Erdogan had the entire state apparatus to campaign with. He would montage fake videos, spend millions on social media advertising, ensure Television media gives 0 time to Kılıcdaroglu. He stacked the deck as much as possible. There was not a candidate that would have done as well as Kılıçdaroğlu.

In life it is important to stop making excuses and learn from mistakes. Those who do not learn from their mistakes are doomed to repeat it.

Excuses upon excuses also KK handed himself the most defeats and gave Erdogan a record.

Guess what Kk still refuses to resign.

Name a candidate/party who would have done better. If you say Özdağ or Ogan or Zafer I will laugh very loudly.

Ogan backtracked on almost all his points, joined AKP, called Syrians his brothers. That his supporters couldn't see this coming probably makes them the biggest idiots in the election.

Thats why nationalists are in the parliament.

Now have a much bigger say.

Akp will be gone once Erdogan is gone I doubt any of his successors will live up to him.

Nationalists are playing a waiting while KK was too busy grifting.

I know far too many people who would rather eat dirt and live in a barrel than to vote for KK.

A toilet slipper would literally be a better candidate. He was the opposition candidate that Erdogan and AKP supporters were dreaming for. They were very enthusiasticly supporting his candidacy.

"Nationalists" have been in parliament since MHP. Ogan is MHP, and will also have achieved nothing.
