Its really sad that this prick has still not been caged.

Outright trash.
All the processes that were in result of the Cold War born different type of cancer within the State establishment in Turkey and the armed forces. Some people tend to think that TSK was homogenous thing before Erdogan but this is not true. With the arrival of Erdogan the base of the current situation was already placed and unfortunately the government under Erdogan continued those processes.

With the Balyoz and Ergenekon cases one of the fractions tried to destroy all of the opposition including the quality nationalist officers who the whole world feared and the Eurasian theories supporters and the balance totally went off in favor of FETO. The other part we all know. There are no angels when it comes to State politics especially in the polarized elite of Turkey.

Cold War is an underrated period.

Crazy how Turkiye pulled through in such a harsh time.

Behold, worlds largest open-air refugee camp - Turkey.

I don't understand why we don't change our laws definition of refugee (we only consider people from europe as refugees by legal definition), so these people can rightfully claim asylum and and be moved from Turkey by UN, it is quite clear Turkey cannot accommodate all of them.

is this information in tweet true? if is is why so much moaning about freedom of speech and press?

This put a bitter smile on my face. Many journalists had been put into jail from these media.

Also, they put Fetö on Sözcü and Cumhuriyet. (Facepalm)....

- Bold media is a youtube channel.

- Sözcü wants to establish a TV but RTÜK doesn't allow them (against constition) for more than a year.

- Many TV stations like Tele1, KRT, faced massive fines by RTÜK.

- They put Fetö on Euronews.... (Another facepalm)

- Ahval is banned in Turkey

- 140journos is a youtube channel that puts videos once a month...shows the mentality.

Yeah, free journalism, when Turkey has the most journalist jailed in the world and many journalists fired from media, trying to survive on youtube.

P.S: Foreign media like DW, Euronews couldn't penetrate in to Turkish market for years. However mainstream Turkish media reduced to a such state that people begin to look for alternatives and foreign media popped up like mushrooms.

If you are saying that Turkish journalism still lives despite of our journalists being jailed, tv stations being fined, columnists being beaten in streets by pro-Government mob....yeah, Turkish journalism still breaths.

- They put Mediascope (youtube channel run by Ruşen Çakır) CIA.....lol, he was covering AKP and Erdogan 20 years ago when none would dare.

All major TV channels, newspapers are under government control. If any of those blogs, youtube channels become dangerous they will be banned, fined or taken under control.

Are you going to lecture us on the Turkish media ecosphere?

You don't know some stuff.

CHP rented some billboards and put this

It just says "Where is 128 Billion dollars"

Police removed them and prosecutor open a case against CHP with the reason of "Insulting President". It shows you the freedom in Turkey.

Central Bank's dollar reserves (128$ Billion) melted. But there is no info given by the government.

- Opposition asks, from which number did you sell the reserves, to whom did you sell it, when did you sell it.

Government doesn't answer these questions for months. So, they keep asking it.

Wait a few days more and they will also ban use of "128" as a number. :)
- "It is not compulsory to use 128 while there are 127 and 129"
