Do you know what happened to a friend of mine because of that? He served in prison. No joke. He beat the man who slapped his wife or girlfriend I don't remember. The guy fainted and is hospitalized with a broken nose and one of his front teeth broken. His wife/GF witnessed against my friend in the court that they were just talking when my friend started beating her husband without a reason. She said she tried to stop him but he also hit her while swearing at both of them. According to her, my friend kicked her BF on the floor while her BF is unconscious and tried to kill him. She swore to god that they weren't fighting and even if they were he has no right to interfere in a family business as it is none of his business and arguments are a natural part of the relationship. She added that she loves her man more than the world and hopes the offender gets the worst punishment he deserves. They won a good sum of monetary compensation for both physical and psychological damages on top of the hospital and court costs and my friend served in prison for a short time.

I was exaggerating. The correct answer of course would have been try to stop them without using violence and call the police.

Scrapping or changing the name of a international class-brand is very bad for business. Turkish Airlines is a strong and common brand name and everyone at this planet knows the name.

The Turks also created the Ottoman State, breed Sultans, hold down the Crusades, saved the Holy Lands and the Holy Cities, reinforced the Kabaa, cristallized and refreshed Sunni-Islam and invented the first iron swords for the Holy Prophet and his Companion-Army.

Its not the hatred against Turks, its global hatred against nationalism and the nation-state. Hitler fought against this from 1934 till 1945. We Turks have the same enemies as the Germans had in WW II.

Turks did not the destroy the Ottoman Empire. Ottoman Empire destroyed itself.

Every Islamic Empire and every Turkic empire destroyed itself within. Every story of any empire you dont get conquered you collapse on your own weight.

If Turks are blamed where was the Islamic ummah for the Caliph I forgot most of them dont recognise them.
