Looks like we will cooperate with West(instead of China) in exploaration and refiniming of precious mineral deposit reserve discovered few years ago.

Well china would pay less than minimum wages and no human rights, at least west will pay minimum wages and other stuff if we had workers union that was functioning...

Minimum wage? Depending on how the cooperation would have gone, the Chinese usually even bring their own people to work.

Doesnt Turkey produce its own domestic Wind Turbines?
From what I see, nearly all wind power that is generated comes from wind turbines produced in the West?

Looks like we will cooperate with West(instead of China) in exploaration and refiniming of precious mineral deposit reserve discovered few years ago.

The main issue with matters like this is the transfer of know-how on how to refine the ore.
Looks like the Chinese played their hand too hard on that.
The question I have is, did we manage to get that knowledge from the West? Or is this a neo-colonial affair?
