Do you actually think this is an image from an IIR seeker head? I have my serious doubts.
What does differ between IIR seeker and FLIR's CMOS except of resolution?
You can expect similar performance or even more optimized one from a cooled IIR sensor.

Yes, I know it is old news. 77K means it is cryogenic and it has a 15x15μm pixel size. Product qualification was done in 2020. It is already in production. There is a similar project(640*512 MWIR T2SL) but with a 10μm pitch size(10*10μm pixels which means less than half the size sensor size). These sensors are cryogenically cooled so they are for missiles etc.

640*512(480) era for FLIRs is ended with 2020. Efforts are concentrated on 1280*1024(720) for FLIR systems like CATS etc.

Sistem, High Definition Termal Sensör, High Definition Gündüz Görüş Sensörü, High Definition SWIR Sensör, Lazer Mesafe Ölçer ve Lazer İşaretleyici birimlerinden oluşması hedeflenmektedir. 2022 yılı ikinci yarısı itibariyle platform entegrasyonuna başlanacak olup TB-2, ANKA-S ve AKINCI İnsansız Hava Araçları başta olmak üzere birçok hava platformuna entegre edilmesine yönelik görüşmeler sürdürülmektedir.
This part is important and it lines with the info I have. HD thermal sensors will be used in Aselflir-500C. The second half of 2022 for initial availability also suggests that the thermal sensors' design is already completed and taping out is happening nowadays. I expect 500C to mostly use similar mechanical stabilization systems with the CATS for commonality and to speed up the project. After the completion of this project, we will have the best tech available to anyone. And sensors designed and produced in this project will be used in the national EOTS system for the MMU project(internationally known as TF-X)
