Seems too big to be a cost-efficient multi-role platform. It will probably have singular roles e.g. ASW and intelligence gathering. There seems to be a cut-off size and weight for UAV's where they can be used for multi-role missions and where they are more suitable for singular roles. It seems that the UAV platforms up to the class of the RQ-9, Wing-Loong II, Akinci and Aksungur are suitable for multi-role missions, whereas anything bigger would be too expensive and thus only used for certain roles such as intelligence gathering (RQ-4, Soar Dragon), and in the future for AWACS.
