They act like it's 1960s and they gonna bomb research centers and assassinate scientists and nobody gonna know. Dude it's the age of social media, you can't conduct politics like that in bright daylight. Public perception in a tough neighborhood matters; instead of trying to sanitize your image you turn yourself into a pariah which people will not forget for centuries to come.

I said it before, the South of Syria is not the problem, they were opportunistic and joined the SDF & American bandwagon. I was a wise decision at that time. But they will join the central government one by one.
But YPG has an iron grip on everything from Raqqa north to the border, they will resist in those regions. The so-called local councils are not that independent, where YPG is close.

Neither HTS nor SNA moved to help Deir ez-zor bro
The arab tribes themselves took up arms and kicked the pkk out with their own hands and then announced that they joined the SNA/HTS rebel group

The HTS was planning to enter the city 5-6 days ago but the US threatened them with heavy bombardment and the HTS chickened out
