This is a great idea. I am also in favor of it. But it is unlikely that the Russians will give him a decent price. According to the Syrian Population Administration, the Syrian citizenships granted to 700,000 Shiite radicals and their relatives from Iran and Iraq under the Assad regime will be invalid as of next Sunday. A significant number of these were settled in Aleppo province, after the city was occupied.

Many of these radical settlers arrived here on cargo planes. They should be sent the same way. They must not be allowed to return with their loot.
