Tulgar has been delivered and is currently undergoing testing with Turkish F-16's.
Source?

Does this refer to all F-16 models to be tested?
Or is it probably the F-16 Block 30 Özgür, as the source code is available for software modifications.

The question doesn't belong here, but why doesn't Turkey buy 40 used F-16 Block 30s from the EU & Co and have them converted to the Özgür platform, which is much cheaper than ordering 40 new Eurofighters.
The advantage would be that most of the money would remain in the country and 40 used F-16 Block 30s converted to Özgür would be significantly cheaper than 40 new Eurofighter Tranche 4.
The main money should be invested in the development and production of KAAN instead of putting money into the pockets of other countries.
You don't have to retrain the pilots, maintenance crew etc. either.
And the airplane fires either US ammunition or Turkish ammunition, and most of the money in this case stays at home.

Can’t buy used F-16s without American greenlight and a Typhoon will always be a better match for a Rafale than any F-16.

It may be that Rafaele & Eurofighter Typhoon are better than F-16 Block 70/Özgür.
But TAI KAAN is supposed to fill this gap to compete against F-35, Eurofighter Typhoon & Rafaele.

A bunch of trustworthy sources, including TurDef.

The TULGAR Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) system being developedby ASELSAN for the KAAN fighter jet is being tested on the F-16 fighter jet.

The prototype production of TULGAR was completed by the end of 2023.

The HMD supports the pilot during missions with high-resolution color images projected onto the viewfinder. The viewfinder has a high field of view and transparency for greater situational awareness.

When should we expect 2nd and consecutive flights? It was told that collected data should be analyzed first and it will take some time but Hurjet did not wait long.

He's referring to this marvelous piece of journalism (!)
17 mile range stand-off cruise missiles aside, he aint no expert, he was in a Stryker battalion during Iraq War and that's pretty much it.

Is it me or second KAAN is same as the first? Where are the changes that were supposed to be tested with new prototypes?

Apart from subsystems, electro-optics, etc. perhaps the nose is different?

More than likely we'll see several changes made, my bet is that the canopy design will be slightly altered. Purely from an aesthetic standpoint, I really want to see it with a coating.

I think the changes could be mostly internal?
