How sure are you about your list?

I somehow find it hard to believe that the largest aircraft (Kaan) is the lightest aircraft in that list. I can be wrong, but where did you get these stats from?
Old 27000 ton MTOW figure is from before 2019 when Kaan was to use 2x 20000lbs engines. We don't have a set projected figure for the 35k engined Kaan.

Is the chassis of the current prototype plane a stealth ? Will there be material changes?

The material of chassis could be cheaper or simplier for safe flight tests since the first Kaan is prototype?
Stealth materials could be fragile or complicated for tests??No idea. Just asking.

F15 EX:
Weight:Empty weight: Approximately 43,000 pounds (19,504 kilograms). Maximum takeoff weight: 81,000 pounds (36,700 kilograms).

Could be a useful estimate for current KAAN

What would be the point of that? They wouldn't get a single useful data doing something like that, your question and the premise you mention makes zero sense.

The current KAAN prototype will fly again it will do test flights regularly but not as frequently as the Hurjet prototype. The second prototype might not fly this year. If it flies this year it will fly by the end of 2024.
What is the current status of the second prototype?

There are 3 weight targets for KAAN: empty weight, typical load (internal fuel+internal weapons ==>higher than 10000kg), and MTOW. Currently, Kaan is the best fighter in terms of composite material use so I expect KAAN to be lighter than F-22 but we should have sanity checks here. Can it be 5550 kg lighter than F-22 (19700 vs 14150)? I highly doubt that. I expect the empty weight of KAAN to fall somewhere in between (16-17000kg). This also checks with the typical load of KAAN given as 27200kg if we deduct 10000kg of fuel+weapons from the 27200kg figure we end up with 17200kg which is not far off.

In the comparison table, it is noteworthy that although the MMU is one of the largest combat aircraft in the world in terms of physical size, it is in the middle in terms of maximum take-off weight (MTOW). Whether the 60,000lb maximum takeoff weight shared by SSB and TAI in the early stages of the project is still valid; We do not know whether the maximum takeoff weight of GTU-0 or Block 10, which hit the runway on March 16, will remain in this vicinity. In addition, empty weight data regarding the MMU has not yet been shared by official authorities. Considering the dimensions and other technical specifications of the other aircraft in the table, the MMU's maximum takeoff weight is 75-80,000lb; Curb weight can be expected to be around 35-40,000lb.

Various factors that determine the weight of the aircraft include the nature of the materials used in its production, the fuel carried, the weight of the payload and systems, and structural strength requirements. The volume of an aircraft with two engines and high weapons carrying capacity; Therefore, its weight will be high. Additionally, since the amount of fuel that an aircraft with a longer range and combat radius must carry will increase, this will be another factor that determines the total weight. However, on the other hand, the increase in total weight will determine the engine power required to keep this weight in the air. The fact that a combat aircraft frequently changes speed and altitude and performs agile maneuvers in air-to-air and air-to-ground combat missions requires a very delicate balance to be established between the components of weight - engine power - body strength.

In the images shared during the production stages and taxi testing, MMU's hull production quality clearly reflects TAI's experience in this regard. There is not much to comment on this issue: The outcome of both the experience TAI has accumulated over the years and the huge investment it has made for MMU is very evident.

Also, according to Temel Kotil, it looks like the Kaan will have extra systems. This means extra weights. There is also a weight difference in our ammunition.

27200kg is not the MTOW of MMU. It is the typical load of aircraft mistakenly quoted as MTOW. It is also not logical if you compare it to the F-15 and F-22. Arda Mevlütoğlu is mistaken.

I expect MTOW to be around ~35000kg. It might be a little lighter.

another thing to remember Damn dont know the stiuation now but by then TAI had Sciaky 300″ x 108″ x 132″ volume 300 Series Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing (EBAM) 3D printer. “world’s largest” electron beam (EB) directed energy deposition (DED) system with that you can create titanium aerostructures up to 6 meters in length.... KAAN is not an ordinary 5 gen :devilish:

TAI out of necessity 3D printed some of the largest titanium aerostructures in the world... for instance the main titanium structure holding two engines and as far as I know it has never done before.
