TB2 purchase by eastern European countries has become way of statement against Russia.

We should market TB2 as an lifestyle, counterculture. It has sex appeal.

What exactly are we looking at? Rain drops?
Star trails from a long exposure astro photography. One additional light source is also present in the picture which someone interprets as TB2 but it could be anything really. We could calculate the exposure time and radius from the star trails to see if it could be TB2 or just a small quad-copter.

Edit: it looks like 120s exposure so the air-craft needs to make a full circle in that time. I would assume that it is a small quad-copter at short distance but it could be TB2 if it makes a very tight curve with 1.0-1.5km radius.

The trail is very smooth so it should be a winged drone which can maintain a smooth path. Also I guess it is a 30 second trail as many cameras have that much exposure at max and is a common exposure length for sky photography. So the full circle time is longer and is likely to match Bayraktar characteristics.

You can do any time exposure you want with all DLSRs with something called bulb-exposure since ages, it is the setting after 30s on your camera. I did mine first bulb-exposure some 40years ago with old analog films. 10-30s is commonly used for stacked astro photos to avoid trails.

Here are some examples of trails.

There is one more information in the pictures which I did not mention. The air-craft has red+white flashing light on wings so I agree that it seem to be a fixed-wing air-craft doing a tight turn.

Amateur cameras have up to 30 seconds. Stacking astro photos is a pro thing. I said SKY photography instead of astrophotography to make it more amateur friendly. You do more seconds if you want to get a trail.

It’s in Turkish but interesting... the talk is about UN report on Kargu and following media coverage.

Aksungur is getting ready for sonobuoy launching. This is the first step towards effective ASW.

Kind of excited with no reason this Aksunger has a black tail as well :devilish:SAR radar + sonobuoy + some kind of magnetic anomaly detector? do we have any known project? US had a project, an UAV with magnetic anomaly detector but theirs is micro UAVs which are air deployed from a sonobuoy launcher aboard the P-8A aircraft

A nice sensor platform with sonobuoys, SAR for surface scans and MAD for submarine detection. And another platform is now needed to carry medium range AShM and winged LWT.
Major advantage, this thing can loiter more than a day near to two with those payloads. Now it is all up to configuring a MPA to communicate with Aksungur and Ulaq ASW and have consoles installed for remotely viewing the data collected by it, and processing it either onboard,or on the manned mothership.

One Manned MPA can oversee several Aksungur MPA and Ulaq ASW, folding the operational-observation area, folding amount of sensors, making bi-static uses avaliable.
