Anka is a very underrated success story! Hope to see it become something like the Global Hawk one day.

Never forget that the Ankas were frying Pantsirs and BUKs in Syria and Libya years ago.

Libya? I don’t think they were deployed in Libya.

in Syria, it quickly became apparent that the value of Anka was not in frying air defences but to support a more expendable TB2 with intelligence and EW from a stand-off range.

Anka is truly a remarkable platform. Hopefully it witnesses even more export success.

Tolga Özbek visited TAI today and he said following things in his live broadcast so far:

He saw two Kuzguns were integrated to Aksungur,
One foreign customer demanded Cirit integration to Aksungur,
There's huge demand for Aksungur in international market,
There are 5 unknown countries that TAI exported it's products,
ANKA 3 will use Ukrainian engine and the plane itself is not completely built yet. Production of the parts continue,
TAI aims to be one of the top 10 defence companies in the world.

At this rate such an outcome won’t surprise anybody. Slowly but surely they’re becoming a giant industry brand.

What the hell ? How can Ukraine supply those engines ?
Maybe the A400Ms did not return empty.

It was written and reported that there were some studies on the licensed production of some engines here. However, there may be a supply for prototypes from Ukraine's ready stocks.

They never got the publicity from national media.
On topic: I would say lets not assume capabilities of a prototype against proven platforms before it has proven itself.

"Our helicopters can work together with ANKAs in the air. For example, the ATAK helicopter can mark and fire at the target through ANKA's camera. This also applies to GÖKBEY. You will see us connecting all these with each other."

On January 11, 2023, Temel Kotil, CEO of TAI, told reporters that the ANKA UCAV and ATAK helicopter can communicate at a distance of 200 km via line-of-sight communication (LOS). Kotil stated that communication can be provided at a speed of 20-40 Mbps.

How many does TSK have anybody know?
Anıl şahin said more than 100 anka have been delivered so far for Turkiye and 4 countries (tunisia, kazakhstan, kırgizistan and malaysİa) and more than 20 were in montage line. Total numbers for 4 countries should be around 30 [6 for each of the tun, kaz and krg.) So at least 70 for TR

Content was good enough. Missed a few finer points, such as AESA radar and BVRAAM integration to Akıncı.

But the level of copium in the comments section was mind blowing. Someone literally went out of their way to write "Israel transferred drone technology to Turkey." under every single comment...

Baykar should break into the Americas market by offering TB2 to Mexico with urgent delivery.

Mexico's military is currently fighting cartels in Sinaloa in a war-like theater. They've lost many military vehicles (more than 20 soldiers killed in a few days) and two of their aircrafts where damaged due to ground fire.

TB2 armed with MAM-C would be perfect for them.
