Money? Respect? Influence? Brotherhood connections or all together?
First one OK. But Pakistan is not a rich country to be able to pay TOT for Anka.
Others don’t mean as much when it comes to materialistic state of affairs between countries.
On the surface I agree it sounds nice; brotherhood etc ; and they will pave the way to cooperation. But at the end of the day bottom line is what matters.
I was thinking along the lines of ballistic missile tech and more esoteric stuff like that.

Who knows, pakistanis wont stay in debt towards you for sure. Things you last mentioned probably wont go right now on twitter. For now i can only applaud on this deal, it is good for both countries. Do not forget that Pakistan has access to chinese drones in that sense this is significant development

Good relations with Poland buy you influence in the EU. The authoritarian block of countries such as Hungary and Poland can help with upcoming issues.
I did not think in that way, clever remark pointing it out.

This is huge considering needs of Pakistan and future prospects. Congrats to both countries on this deal.

Turkey and pakistan is really stepping up their coperation in all fields. Hopefully they can boost their trade to much bigger numbers. Maybe pakistan will share technology transfer for their long range shaheen 2750 km missiles?

I do not think that Turkey will need a serious technology transfer regarding long-range missile technology. Turkey is currently developing 1.35m diameter solid, liquid and also hybrid rocket engines and vector-controlled nozzle technology. In 3-4 years, a rocket capable of carrying more than 200kg of payload will be launched to an altitude of more than 550km. The equivalent of a rocket of this diameter as a ballistic missile, when the examples in the world are examined, is a missile of around 3000 km.

Mhm i see. Its rumoured that the shaheens real range is 5 000 km, but if the turks can make it 3 000 km with also good cep accuracy, then maybe it would not be that worth to ask for a technology tranfer. Then what can they really ofter back? Nuclear capablities in long term?

The deal is not about the transfer of Anka technology to Pakistan. A MoU signing ceremony was held for some parts of Anka to be made by Pakistani tech institutes. A similar agreement was signed in the previous Idef as well. As far as I know, Pakistan has ordered a similar class drone from China. The issue is not the transfer of Anka to Pakistan.
