The wing shape/ its placement is really really weird. Looks nothing like the renders. Interesting choice I must say. Are they trying to channel air inwards with this design or something? They might be trying to form a little vortex. Because the separation is insane... Just look at it. This whole section of the aircraft might be there to act as a flow conditioner (or a vortex generator). Difficult to tell. (And I'm probably so unbelievably wrong with my assessment :D) Or it might be a limitation caused by the canards? But J-20 exists... Thus this argument goes down the toilet. It's seriously messing with my head at this point. Can any members please enlighten me?

maybe both sets of wings are actuated? main wings are certainly too slim to carry any fuel.

That would be the twist of the century
it makes SO MUCH sense.
  • KIZILELMA doesn't have a pilot in it, so as long as the airframe is up to the task, 20-30 G's could be achievable and beneficial.
  • KIZILELMA is designed to be STOBAR compliant, that means aircraft launching on its on power, with only the ship's speed assisting take-off. having the entire wing actuated is bound to help with lift. Might also help with landing.
Honestly the wings doesnt even have to move that much. Rear-wheel steering racks in modern cars turn 5 degrees at most and the difference it makes is STAGGERING.
I hope BAYKAR patented this. its a really innovative approach to making planes and the potential makes me drool.🤤
