My guess: Azerbaijan, Libya, and Qatar.

We saw models with Ukrainian flags before the war. and we said we were exporting to a country before the war, but we did not reveal the name. Maybe Ukraine too.

Having foam rather than leaving it empty is better?

Less noise and vibration? Plus maybe act as a air filter and heat shield.

I haven't seen in the older images or I wasn't paying attention.

Spoiler alert, your car, depending on how cheap it is, might use shredded jeans for insulation. Nothing wrong with foam.

I used to sell these materials to Automotive companies, they can reduce vibrations, sound and keep the machine cold/warm depending on what you need.
