let’s take a step back here. Turkey is not doing all of this just to get a few bucks.

Maybe Turkey is trying to increase its leverage over Serbia and make them an important ally. In this way, both Kosovo and Bosnia will be indirectly secured. Let’s not forget that the Serbs served the Ottomans many times against the Christian.

also, I think it would be wise for Turkey to have Serbia on its side in a potential conflict against Greece.

Let me give you example:

Germany did applied the same approach with russia.
Idea was make Huge business with russia and in few years Business will push russia and make it depended.
Reality and it is FACT now in present it happened that russian spies infiltrated German business circles and bribed key people to for interests of russia and by that russia made Germany More corrupted

So Turkiye now apply the same Idea:
"Maybe Turkey is trying to increase its leverage over Serbia and make them an important ally"

No Turkiye will be tricked and all gain from this agreements in future when serbia become strong they will use all this platforms to attack ex territories

Serbia is incomparable with Russia.

Giving TOT is not a problem I think.

Let's face it TB2 tech is not new, developed in 2014, armed in 2016. Tech in this sector goes very fast, you can't contain it even if you want it. If we don't sell someone else will, if not this year than next year.

The fact that there are certain conditions and precautions being taken is almost certainly a given, and I am not just talking about oral or signed agreements fundamentally hardwired within the hardware/software of the drones themselves. We have seen China and US do it, no reason for us not to implement them. All of that combined with the fact TB-2 is not particularly cutting edge and the Emirates will pay out their arzes it honestly seems completely fine given the context.

ADEX 2022: Turkey's Titra develops loitering munition

1662781167229.png

Turkey-based Titra is developing a hand-launched loitering munition and expects the system to be ready for production at the end of 2022.

Speaking to Janes at ADEX 2022 in Baku, the company's business development director, Şebnem Kayranci, said that work on the DELI (low-cost, hand-launched, Kamikaze, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)) commenced around three years ago and that flight tests are under way.

DELI – which Kayranci described as being at technology-readiness level 7/8 – takes the form of a small UAV and features an electric motor that powers a pusher-propeller.

DELI will feature a 2.5 kg high-explosive fragmentation warhead, flight tests with which are scheduled for October, Kayranci said.

The air vehicle is carried in a backpack and can utilise a range of different controllers depending on customer requirements, Kayranci said, noting a laptop as an example. The flight-control software has been developed in-house and enables autonomous and manual control over the target engagement cycle.

DELI can also operate in swarms of up to 21 aircraft, utilising platform-agnostic software that Titra has been developing for this purpose before it commenced work on the DELI, and which includes features such as collision-avoidance, heterogenous swarm management, multiple formation types, and decentralised decision making, among others.

According to company data, DELI has an operating range in excess of 40 km and an endurance of 35 minutes.

The air vehicle has a maximum take-off weight of 13 kg and can achieve a top speed of 150 km/h, its cruising speed is stated as 90 km/h, it has a ceiling of 3,000 m (9,840 ft), and operates at altitudes of between 150 and 500 m above ground level.

"It seems that AKINCI UCAV's ELINT/SIGINT configuration will also be put into service. According to the information I have obtained from two separate sources, the first flight with the ELINT Pod produced by ASELSAN will be carried out in the coming days." "It was noted that the new version of the MilSis-23U Pod will be on the AKINCI."

Yes, Türkiye will be tricked. Our investments in Serbia as well as in Russia will all be lost.
