The parliament passes a time-limited bill for the armed forces to operate abroad and each time it comes to an end, they vote for whether to extend it or not. This goes for conflict zones like Iraq, Syria, Libya, also for non-conflict zones Qatar, Azerbaijan, Somalia and NATO missions.

These drone attacks, if done right, are not going to stop the conflict, but will hurt them and will kill their leading personnel.

An army/terrorist organization without experienced leadership is weaker, disorganized and less experienced.
Their losses are irreplaceable in short to midterm.

Also think about the psychological effect on PKK volunteers in the future. We have already moved to fight from within borders to Iraq and are now in the process of bombing hundreds of KM away from our borders.

If done wrong, take a look at Yemen, where the Yanks bombed random people and weddings which led to even more people joining Al-Qaida which then led to the destabilization of the entire country.

If this design is brought up to military standards and scaled up in terms of size and capacity, it could become an excellent solution for navy ships. With folding wings and more powerful propulsion system, and If it can reach around 350 kg payload capacity (more than 10 times from their pionering model, Jackal), it can be evaluated within light armored reconnaissance roles. If it can reach payload capacities around of 600kg, we can also add more, such ASW or anti-ship against large platforms.

They probably want to adjust production capacity to the market's demand. I am sure they can ramp up the capacity as customers adopt Akıncı in higher numbers. TB2 is probably already an effective solution for the majority of customers therefore it will take some time for the Akıncı to reach respectable numbers. Also the fact that it is a more powerful weapon requires a more diligent strategy for addressing the market. Also Kızılelma is expected to go into production by the end of this year and Baykar's product mix will get richer. Perhaps some customers will go for the KE skipping Akıncı.
