Didnt Kotil say that we're going to make Hürjet unmanned too?
İ think he meant: " if we wanted , we could make it unmanned in 6 months".
He didn't say: if we want , we can make it unmanned in 6 months ".

Do they have desire make Hürjet unmanned?

On the other hand IMO unmanned Hürjet wouldn't be as effective as manned. Hürjet has also fighter capabilities, relies on pilot's talents. Expensive toy.
Need to make cheaper unmanned light attack aircrafts. Unmanned Hürkuş C would be better. Very fast aircraft among the rivals. Unmanned Hürkuş C could make rapid strikes on ground targets, MBTs, IFVs.

Aselsan General Manager Ahmet Akyol "With the integration of MURAD AESA radar, Akıncı now has the ability to shoot AAM missiles like Gökdoğan and Bozdoğan."
Akıncı doesn't have anough power to use that AESA In it full capability, also Its a big and slow drone It will probably get shotdown without getting a chance to fire a missile, Just Intergrate this radar into a jet or a test plane stop wasting money.

Its been years they are saying yeah It will enter service with F16 every year now they are testing it with akıncı, every year they are delaying the project. If we can't even get this project done KAANs radar will be made in 10 years

I wouldn't use Akinci with AESA Radar for ofensive Role, rather for the defensive Missions against enemy Cruise Missiles and Drones. The Advantage of Akinci is the long loitering Time and it fly high.

Its slow and can't manevuer or do anything If the enemy fires at it, millions of dollar AESA radar will be destroyed, I don't want this to happen they should make a smallar aesa radar like Leonardos.

The first missile is fired by the platform with longest missile range and radar detection range for a particular target.

Speed of the platform are of minor importance.

Anyway, Akıncı is not a dedicated air superiority platform so nobody will use it to shot down fighters but rather slow aerial targets such as helicopters and other drones.

When It gets shotdown we'll lose a AESA radar what a great strategy

I would improve speed and payload of Akıncı by using a TS1400 derated engine and use it for patroling the airspace. Cruising hostile fighters may become targets of opportunity.
