Yesterday, the Proekt published a large profile - that is, a psychological and criminal portrait - of Yevgeny Prigozhin. This story with English subtitles is about Prigogin

His high rank may suggest that he is not only a sailor but the officer of the Russian navy...which means their brains and talents wasted in Ukraine. Consider just how hard and expensive it is to train modern naval officer, this is a waste of key people in the navy.

Welcome to Russia.

Where talented people are expendable.

Y'all sleeping on this
It's not only the United States, Canada has announced that they are more than doubling their troops prescence in Latvia. There will be 2200 Canadian troops stationed in Latvia full time, until at least 2027. They're deploying a tank battalion to Latvia early this fall. NATO wants a strong forward preacence in the region, in case Russia does something desperate, or attacks another country in the region and challenges Article 5.

The NATO alliance is alive and well, despite Putin's bet that it would fold under pressure and display weakness in their support of Ukraine.

As per appended video, Ukraine is reported to possess highly sophisticated Air Defense systems the west has ever produced. Despite, Russian missiles have managed to consistently bypass Ukraine's air defenses. A million dollar question is that: How many of these advanced air defense systems has Ukraine been provided with? and can anybody confirm if the Ukraine has been given all of these systems?

US and NATO war for profit in Ukraine

Believe it or not that other than US & NATO’s strategic motive of demolishing Russia, the war in Ukraine had other motives also. The US and Europe were able to test their newest weapons in a real war situation. Until now, much of the sales occur on the basis of glossy brochures and political intrigue, but never tested under real war situation. The war in Ukraine was the ultimate test.

The US brought forward its Javelin, Stinger missiles, HIMARS, M777, the newest armored personnel carriers, Patriot missiles, Drones etc. In addition a huge amount of ammunition and replacement missiles were supplied. The Europe not to be left behind brought forward their newest missiles and weapons with Germany supplying their Leopard 2 tanks, the British with Challenger etc., and many other support weapons.

Most of the above went thru their battle test for the first time. Their success here will determine their future sales. This war was an excellent testing ground.

The Russian not to remain behind unleashed all their arsenal, which was hidden or not seen by the outside world.

Besides Kh-101 and Kh-59 weapons, a wide variety of other Russian air launched cruise missiles have been found in Ukraine including Kh-22, Kh-29, Kh-31, Kh-47M2 Kinzhal and 3M14 Kalibr, and tanks including T-80Us, T-72B3s and T-90Ms were used. In a recent report, the Russian Alligator attack helicopter knocked out many Leopard 2 tanks. The Russians had a counter for any West's supply, hence.

The most effective US weapon was Javelin, HIMARS and M777. The Russian used air launched missiles most effectively. These include Kinzhal missile, 9K720 Iskander missile, vacuum and Phosphorus bombs.

The overstated American Patriot missile was less effective and Russian T-90 tanks were easy targets of the Javelin missile. A cheap weapon, the Iranian drone, brought terror to the minds of Ukrainians. It was the most effective drone of the war beating Turkish Bayraktar.

In the end each manufacturer of the weapon was interested to know the effectiveness it’s weapon. They also made a pot full of money supplying them. The 155mm artillery shells fired indiscriminately were in short supply, so the United States began to source supplies from Pakistan.

Let's say the war is over or an armistice is negotiated; the arms makers are in the lead. Their future sales are guaranteed. Meanwhile, the US missed out on the chance to destroy Russia.

What are those "newest weapons from EU and USA"?
Lets face IT its soviet era weapons vs 80s and 90s NATO weapons. There is NO WAY that NATO would risk to lose new technology in secondary from their perspective war.

US and NATO war for profit in Ukraine

Believe it or not that other than US & NATO’s strategic motive of demolishing Russia, the war in Ukraine had other motives also.

At a government level everyone to a degree is using Ukraine for their own advantage. Some of the smaller nations may have some kind of emotional attachment to what Ukraine is going through but everyone is pretty much looking at this from a geopolitical advantage. Though i do think most people on earth recognise that what Russia is doing is wrong and people can easily empathise and sympathise with the Ukrainian defenders.

As far as the Ukrainians are concerned its literally life and death, to them fighting is the safer option then to just capitulate. All that stops them from ending this war quickly is receiving the right weapons from her backers.

Russia had the ambition to annex Ukraine and reinstate to the world that the Russian empire was back and with it all the horrors of the past would return with it. Since the Russian empire was truly an evil and brutal empire. Fortunately it looks like the rot that led to soviet unions collapse continues in the Russian federation. Maybe in a hundred or so years the Russian federations completely dissolves and honestly no one will miss it. We shouldn't be sad, no empire can last forever.

As far as the USA is concerned what a win this has been for them. Pulled Europe even deeper into American arms. Russian weapons sold to European nations were sent to Ukraine to help Ukrainians destroy Russians, meanwhile those arms were replaced with American arms.

NATO continues to grow and expand, the americans most powerful tool outside their own military continues to grow in size and capabilities. Meanwhile no Americans have had to die in the process. Its for good reason that the Americans are the worlds only super power, most powerful army on earth and completely crippled a rival without having to employ it.

From a Russian perspective the 3 day war has gone past 500 days. The Russian reputation has sank to levels where most of the world laughs at them. Wagner marching on Moscow further exposed the fragility of the Russian system. You cannot point to one victory over this attempted invasion, only failures and the biggest failure of all was handing so many victories to America by their own hands.

Germany 🇩🇪 will provide Ukraine $19 billion usd worth of military aid between between 2022 and 2027, per German chancellor Olaf Scholz.

I estimate that it will take upwards of 350-400 billion (over 5 years) in collective spending from Ukraine and their Western allies, to the neutralize the Russian army and its ability to expand, while pushing them out of Ukraine.

Realistically that breakdown is probably something like the following over 5 years.

USA 🇺🇸: 150 Billion
Ukraine 🇺🇦 : $90 Billion
European Union 🇪🇺: $50 Billion
Germany 🇩🇪 : $20 Billion
Britain 🇬🇧 $15 Billion
France 🇫🇷 $15 Billion
Canada 🇨🇦 $15 Billion
Non-NATO Partners: $20 Billion

That would probably do the trick.

Footage of a battle between a Russian T-80 tank and two Turkish-made Kirpi armored vehicles of the Ukrainian army. As reported, the battle took place in the village of Makarovka on the Vremevsky ledge in the South-Donetsk direction. Judging by the video, the approaches to the village were not protected in any way, the tank simply drove into the village and destroyed the Kirpi armored personnel carriers.

It's not often that snipers get hit by artillery, but it does happen from time to time. One of the Russian snipers spoke about his combat work and why they were hit by Ukrainian artillery.

SAM Pantsir shoots down Ukraine's Storm Shadow cruise missile. Footage of the work of the operators of the Russian Pantsir-S1 air defense system to intercept the British-made Ukrainian cruise missile Storm Shadow has been published, we previously talked about these missiles. It is worth noting that it is not always possible to shoot down these missiles, since not all directions are covered by air defense.

Russian servicemen shared their impressions of the American-made Oshkosh M-ATV captured Ukrainian armored vehicle and foreign equipment of the Ukrainian army. The Oshkosh armored car was abandoned by the crew near the village of Novodonetskoye. The Oshkosh M-ATV armored vehicle was developed by the American company Oshkosh Truck and put into service in 2009. The car was used in several military conflicts and it turned out to be more tenacious than the previously used Humvee armored vehicle. The car is quite well protected, this is also noted in the video by the Russian soldier. The vehicle can be armed with M240 and M2 Browning machine guns, Mk 19 grenade launcher and two types of anti-tank systems. The Oshkosh M-ATV armored vehicle is available in five variants and can accommodate up to 11 people. Engine power 370 hp allows it to reach speeds of up to 105 km / h, the cost of the Oshkosh M-ATV armored vehicle is about $ 470,000.

A Lancet drone strikes a T-72 tank pushing a Ukrainian MaxxPro armored vehicle. Published footage of the impact of the Russian kamikaze drone "Lancet" in the Ukrainian T-72B3 tank, this is a captured tank towing an M1224 MaxxPro armored vehicle. The video is not particularly remarkable, except that the tank towing the car ended up running into it, this is the first time this has happened. The episode is shown at the end of the video.

Zaluzny on strikes on the Russian Federation: It's up to us

July 14, 2023, 22:46

1689417545886.png

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that he did not understand why he needed to ask someone how to act in order to protect his people.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny has criticized the approach according to which he allegedly "should" ask permission from someone whether he should do something on enemy territory in order to protect his people. This is stated in his interview with The Washington Post, published on Friday, July 14.

"In order to save my people, why should I ask someone's permission what to do in enemy territory? Somehow I must think that I can't do anything there. Why? Because Putin ... will use nuclear weapons? Dying already children, Don't care? This is our problem and it is up to us to decide how to destroy this enemy. If our partners are afraid to use weapons, we will kill with our own. But only as much as necessary," the commander-in-chief emphasized.

They'll need sufficient numbers for the operations in Ukraine, securing its own airspace now that Finland has joined NATO.

They might as well prepping up for a larger air offensive in the future

They probably have a contract with Garmin and have to buy "x" number of hand held GPS' to get a deal... So they might as well build fighter aircraft to put them in.

p to us to decide how to destroy this enemy. If our partners are afraid to use weapons, we will kill with our own. But only as much as necessary," the commander-in-chief emp

listening to various Ukrainian generals over the past month or two its become clear they are becoming sick and tired of being drip fed weapons prolonging the war. If the western zombies who scrutinise, discriminate and denounce Turkish actions over Ukrainian support, did the same towards the USA who are clearly using Ukraine to make Russia bleed, maybe the Ukrainians would have got critical weaponry sooner.

But as it stands the anglo-american world are using Ukraine to cripple Russia, the longer the war goes on the better it is for them. Since with each passing day Russia loses power.

Ukraine needs to lobby the smaller nations harder, there is more chance critical gear comes sooner via them then via the USA. Nations who don't want to upset Russia can use Poland as a clearing house. Sell the equipment to Poland and Poland can hand it over to Ukraine, they dont seem to care one bit if they upset Putin.
