The question is, it is Russian manpower available for such daunting task? Second, it is Russian economies can survive to achieve such long goals? Third, is the Ukraine without any strategy to prevent such scenario as they too already learning Syrian lesson and being assisted by the Western allies

Just for notes, Russian population is only around 140 million people and they already have minus growth for years, to recruit more conscript they need more money, time for refreshing training, and within reasonable costs and that's must be considered the rioting risks among their people once they know they would be send to meat grinder battlefield as some units started to resist deployment.

Their economy GDP is between 1,6 to 1,8 trillion US Dollar and that's keep shrinking at noticeable speed, then their state revenue is not much larger compared to middle class countries like South Korea or Spain around 345 Billion US Dollar.

I don't think they can burn people and money more than six month long when looking at this figure.

Yes the evidence is showing up in lot of areas increasingly of this phenomenon that is baked in.

They’re running out of trained crews, concluding their enlisted men know nothing, and are now pissing away officers with valuable skills in other areas because they might be able to think and make decisions:

Inexperienced crews in armored assaults. The crew of one Russian BMP was three lieutenants, none from combat arms (one was a meteorologist). This is... a non-standard BMP crew.

"Bumblebees have arrived": assault squads with rocket-propelled infantry flamethrowers are sent to Azovstal

The People's Militia Department of the DPR reports that special assault groups have been formed to eliminate pockets of resistance on the territory of the Mariupol Azovstal plant. The report says that the assault groups receive special weapons to neutralize the militants of the national formations of Ukraine who have settled in the vast factory territory.
A summary published some time ago contains data that refers to the receipt by the fighters of special assault squads of rocket-propelled infantry flamethrowers (RPO).
This, apparently, is about modifications of the RPO-A "Shmel", including infantry flamethrowers with more modern reactive thermobaric ammunition (RPO PDM A "Shmel-M").
The Directorate of the People's Militia of the DPR reports that earlier RPOs were successfully used during the storming of the plant named after Ilyich in Mariupol. It is noted that with their help, enemy formations were liquidated, including in underground communications. Soviet-designed reactive infantry flamethrowers "Shmel (Bumblebee)" are capable of destroying enemy manpower (including those hiding in pillboxes, armored vehicles) in areas of 50-60 sq.m. Indoors - the volume of damage - 80-100 cubic meters.
RPO "Shmel-M" allows you to conduct aimed fire with special ammunition (capsules) from a distance of up to 800 m. surpasses the TNT equivalent of the "ordinary" (non-modernized) "Shmel (Bumblebee)". Assault detachments with RPO Shmel-M sent to the territory of Azovstal can significantly increase the efficiency of eliminating pockets of enemy activity.
Now improvisation on the theme “Bumblebees have arrived” is expected for the militants.

Eduard Basurin, a representative of the people's militia of the DPR, suggests conducting a chemical attack because of the plant in Mariupol: “There are a lot of concrete, iron, multi-level underground floors. Therefore, it makes no sense to take this object by storm, because we can lose a lot of our fighters, and the enemy will not suffer losses as such. Therefore, you need to block this object, find all the exits and entrances. In principle, this can be done, and then you can turn to the chemical troops, who will find a way to smoke the moles out of their holes".
- How do you assess the number of defenders.
- I can't name exact data. Presumably 3-4 thousand, but believe me, for a well-fortified area, this is a big figure.

Great
Zelensky became crazy
He is demobilising conscripts while Russia ìs preparing massive attack and is still in control of all Ukraine's southern region

I have NO IDEA what is your problem with it. Its a good idea.
Ukraine doesnt need more fresh, green recruits to attack and retake their occupied territory. They need good weapons for real soldiers that they already have.
