Looks like it remains to be Zelensky’s demand, to somehow distribute the load:

”In back-to-back responses to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's security guarantees request in an exclusive interview with Republic TV Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, China on Thursday stated that it is "not likely" for Beijing to act as Ukraine's security guarantor. However, Beijing will still stand in support of peace talks between Moscow and Kyiv.

This comes after France stepped forward to act as a security guarantor for Ukraine, which will make Paris essentially obligated to provide military assistance in case of an attack by Russia. Notably, French President Emmanuel Macron came on board as a security guarantor after mega Arnab-Zelenskyy interview, where the embattled President stated that Kyiv required guarantees from countries like the US, UK, China, Turkey, Germany, Poland to deter Russian aggression, which has now escalated today 44.

"Security guarantees in talks with Putin could be a parallel process and we should not delay or slow down the dialogue by any meetings. We know some of the countries are ready to extend security guarantees to Ukraine. It would be better before the meeting with the President to have some clear agreements on which countries are ready to make some commitments. Not to have just meetings for the sake of having meetings but to have some specifics. We are ready to have the process in a parallel format so that we won't have to wait until we have the meeting in one or two years. We don't want the war to continue for so long," President Zelenskyy said in the massive interview with Arnab Goswami.”

The EU announced another $540 million in military spending for Ukraine. Details surrounding what the money will be spent on have not yet been released.

In concert, U.S. President Joe Biden announced another $800 million in military aid for Ukraine, but like the EU, didn't specify exactly what what weapons would be contained in the package, however, he did say that it will be comprised if helicopters, armored personnel carriers and artillery.

Meanwhile, independent, American small arms manufacturers have began getting the green light to ship riffles, pistols and ammunition to Ukraine. Several thousand AR-15 and equivalent, semi-automatic rifles are going to be shipped to Ukraine, via Poland. These weapons are highly neccessary for Ukraine to continue to arm its territorial defense force, which has grown to more than 100,000 strong, but is lacking sufficient small arms, armor and ammunition to be fully deployed in support of the regular army. It has been suggested that Ukraine desires as many as 25,000 modern rifles, and along with millions of rounds of ammunition, prior to the conclusion of April, as they expect heavy losses in terms of manpower in the Donbas region.

I dont understand China Italy Israel.

Putin and Israel are very close. The Kremlin and Tel Aviv are on the phone daily discussing how to govern the MENA. So if Israel is a guarantor, that means Russia is pleased with the politics and borders in Ukraine and won't make another move on Ukraine, unless the Ukrainian people have liberty and freedom of choice to decide their fate in a pro-Europe stance.

This would free the Russian military to invade other SSRs, without worrying about a strategic country wedge known as the Ukraine. When Israel and China are guarantors, then Russia moves to the next phase of these invasion operations in the next decade, if trump returns and if macron loses.

Strong comments, but no offense, hardly convincing!

You're gonna have to back this one up with more evidence, cause this sounds like nonsense. Israel has close relations to both Ukraine and Russia but is not pro-Russian. Israel's relationship with Russia and lack of military help to Ukraine (Israel has so far only provided hospitals, doctors and other humanitarian aid), is a result of needing Russian approval to conduct military strikes in Syria. However, make no mistake, Israel is firmly aligned with the US and the West, in addition to being against Iran and Syria, who are in turn supported militarily and diplomatically by Russia.
