Ukrainian soldier kills five security guards

A soldier from the Ukrainian National Guard on Thursday morning shot and killed five security guards at a military factory in central Ukraine. Five others are injured.
The motive is unknown.
It informs Ukrainian police.
The attack took place at the Pivdenmasj missile factory early Thursday morning in the industrial city of Dnipro, located southeast of the capital Kiev.
The perpetrator went on the attack as the guards were about to be handed their weapons, police said in a statement according to the news agency Reuters.
The soldier subsequently fled the scene and police are now looking for him.
The Ukrainian Interior Ministry reports, according to the AFP news agency, that the perpetrator opened fire with a Kalashnikov rifle.
"As a result, five people died and another five were injured," the ministry wrote.
