"In the near future, a shipment of US-made long-range rocket systems is expected at Shostka, which Ukrainian forces plan, under orders from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), to fire at the territory of the Russian Federation directly from the city’s residential areas. That's for sure, what it looks like is they are trying to couple all the heavy military industry and the others to pay for it.
A proyect like FCAS, which started in 2017 is stopped due to discrepancies between France and Germany, which are for industrial issues, not military.

They are stuck with the economy at a superficial level, just numbers an so on. They seem to forguet that an union is not just free trade and cheaper goods for everyone, is to defend ourselves together without hesitation, and that will bring prosperity for all.
