How much autonomy? Autarky never works

Imagine this whole world is water, the only island there is Algeria, a lonely island. Can you make anything or fulfill your demand there? Lack of raw materials that needed to maintain the life of society. Just in your phone, that contain materials from far away your homeland. Then how to get that, by doing economic relations (investments, trade, financial etc etc) with other countries, which also requires good relations with them. World is intertwined, you need other countries to life and flourish.

And also I’m sure Algeria is not that neutral and has some alignment towards global problems, including this Russian Invasion of Ukraine. You really want to be with the Russia? If yes, then make government to be govern by only one man and you can’t change it, only thing you can do is submission to that one man and there is no way for you to change the government legally periodically like in democratic society, the only way to change it is with blood and sweat (like in Syria).

I’m sure that’s not your dream. Ukrainians are in verge of lost their ability to choose what they want as the government and can only bow to one man named Putin. It’s ok to against Zelensky here, but at least you think about Ukrainian people.
