Since 2000 Russia spent 1300 billion on military, Ukraine - 60 bln. 22 times difference.

Ukraine was not mobilized when war started that allowed Russia to capture large territories in south with empty plains. Once front lines were formed Russian advances virtually stopped. They still advanced very very slowly in some parts due to overwhelming artillery advantage. But in July even this slow advance stopped.

absolutely incredible.

Still the overwhelming majority of mobilized are from national minorities and very poor regions of Russia:

That's because most ethnic Russians started fleeing across the border as soon as the mobilization was declared. Begging to get into places like Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Finland, Turkey, Mongolia, etc. Clearly they don't want to be left bleeding out on the battlefield like the common churka.

I really wonder how long until we get violent uprisings in places like Tatarstan, Yakutia, Chechnya, Dagestan, etc. They can't be this cucked.

It pains me that so many Turkic people in Ukraine are facing Turkic peoples from Russia.

What is Turkiye even doing?

Its bad enough Muslims killing each other. We always talk about this but no mention of Turkic peoples killing each other for other countries.

It boggles my mind how Turkic council has said nothing. Turkiye needs to do its role.

Another evidence of terrible shortage and depletion in Russian army. Here words of Putin's propagandist:

"Я знаю бригады, в которых осталось по 60 пехотинцев. Коллега-военкор рассказывает о полке, в котором сегодня в строю только 6 штурмовиков – людей, готовых идти в атаку."

"I know brigades where left only 60 infantrymen, my colegue military correspondent told me about regiment with only 6 strormtroopers- people who are ready to go to offensive."

Of course he also tells that Russian army is fighting with NATO in Ukraine.

Saudi Arabia after leading role in prisoner exchange: "Cynical" to think it's about self-interest

Saudi Arabia's de facto leader, the brutal Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS), along with the Turkish president, played a crucial role in the biggest prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine since the war started in late February.

If it weren't for Mohammed bin Salman, two American citizens, five Britons, a Moroccan, a Swede and a Croat might never have made it home alive from Russian prisons.

According to The Guardian , the Saudi foreign minister was asked on Friday whether the Saudi facilitation was a rare opportunity to repair relations with the West, especially after the murder of the Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi:

"I think it's a very cynical point of view. What we saw, what the kingdom's leadership saw, was an opportunity to achieve a humanitarian breakthrough to get these prisoners back to their families. And that was the motivation,' says Adel al-Jubeir, according to the British media.

In an agreement between Ukraine and Russia, almost 300 prisoners were exchanged between the two warring countries, including the ten foreign prisoners.

It was the Saudi crown prince who was responsible for flying the ten foreign prisoners of war to Riyadh, from where they will be repatriated to their home countries.

As Berlingske's Middle East correspondent, Carolina Kamil, writes in this analysis:

"After four years in the cold, Saudi Arabia's brutal crown prince is back in the warmth of the international community. (..) It is first and foremost a huge diplomatic victory for MBS and Erdogan.«

I read the article in Reuters and it didn't mention the mediating parties at all.

inevitable fate of any submissive ethnic group/underdogs/poor/underrepresented strata in any corrupt land anywhere around the world
And it reminds me a song of Fatih Kisaparmak from thirty years ago, and this particular line
”ala vere dala vere Mehmetler gider nöbete”
