Outside of more drafts and throwing more meat into the grinder does Russia have any other strategy available to them? Ukrainians as the months pass keep getting levelled up with more sophisticated military gear. This levelling up could go on for many years to come while conversely Russia started the war with her best weapons and with each months loses more and more of them.

Yes they were able to stabilize the battlefront thanks to throwing to a certain death the people who were collecting along russian prisons. 15 kms towards Bahkmut since April.

It doesn't seems something to be proud of. In fact at some moment that might create important tensions inside Russia, despite those people were imprisioned and had signed a contratct with Wagner. They were treated as pure meat.

Are ATACMS finally arriving? That would be a mayor shift. Late spring seems promising.

From the reuters article it seems they are speaking about GLSDB not ATACMS:

The USAI funds would go toward the purchase of a new weapon, Ground Launched Small Diameter Bomb (GLSDB), which have a range of 94 miles (150 km). The United States has rebuffed requests for the 185-mile (297-km) range ATACMS missile.

You can burn any flag you want in Sweden. There's no law forbidding that.
There are "hate crime" laws, which are effectively the Sharia Law of Progressivism. But by all means, try it yourself and you can report back to us from a Swedish prison, like the guy in the US (a much freer country than Sweden) who was imprisoned for 16 years for burning an LGBT flag, or the 2 kids in Canada arrested for burning the LGBT flag and threatened with imprisonment if they don't attend brainwashing camp.

France will provide Ukraine with an additional 12, 155mm Caesar, self propelled howitzers, per the French defense Minister, Lecornu. French Parliament approved $200 million additional Euros for Ukraine. Furthermore, France will send 150 military personnel to to Poland, where they will join a Polish initiative to train 600 Ukrainian military personnel per month. This will supplement the 500 personnel receiving combined arms training by the USA each month, as well as the thousands that will go to Britain this year for basic training.

With Denmark's recent donation of 19 Caesar howtizers to Ukraine, this donation of 12 by France will increase the total received by Ukraine to 49. The Ceasars have been among Ukraine's most effective pieces of artillery during the war, to this point.

Time for a joint Swedish + Finnish + Norwegian initiative to purchase 12 more Archers from Swedish industry, to go along with the 12 Sweden has already committed.

Similarly, I'd like to see another 18 (a full artillery battalion) M109A6 Paladins donated by the United States in their next defense package. Top end Western artillery, when paired with advanced spotting / correcting drones and GPS guided artillery shells such as Excalibur, is HIGHLY effective at chewing of Russian armor from distance.

Kadyrov tells the Europeans: "Where were you when we fought for the independence of Ichkeria? Why didn't they help us?", "No matter how much we want independence, but we have to feed, clothe, shoe 1.5 million people"

New, $2.2 Billion weapons package expected from USA is expected to be announced as soon as this Friday. The package is expected to be a combination of USAI procurement money, as well as Presidential drawdown authority.

Few specifics details of the package are known to this point, but according Reuters, this is what is known so far...

- Ground Launched Small Diameter Bombs (GLSDB): We started hearing about this technology being provided, several weeks back. These ground launched bombs have a range of up to 150km, approximately twice that of the HIMARS GMLRS.

- Unspecified quantity of Javelin, anti tank missiles.

- Unspecified quantity of "guided munitions", likely Excalibur, 155mm artillery shells and and RAAM, anti-personnel, 155mm artillery shells.

- Unspecified support equipment for Patriot air defense batteries.

Kadyrov tells the Europeans: "Where were you when we fought for the independence of Ichkeria? Why didn't they help us?", "No matter how much we want independence, but we have to feed, clothe, shoe 1.5 million people"

Kadyrov,

The West doesn't give a shit about you, nor your plight. We're self-interested like everyone else on this planet. Make no mistake, our unwavering support for Ukraine is the product of two very simple principles.

1). We want Ukraine under western influence, rather than Russian influence. It's the largest country (by geography) in Europe and has an enormous resource base that we don't want Russia controlling moving forward. Rather, we'd like to build a formidable, Western equipped military in Ukraine, right on Russia's door step. For too long they've had too much of a buffer, while they bully and slaughter other people in their region.

2). Ukraine is willing to fight and suffer for its sovereignty and, therefore, can be a tool of the West to fight the cheapest possible proxy war, leaving the Russian military in shambles, it's economy largely unable to trade with the West, it's petro resources (and eventually, natural gas resources) disconnected from Europe, and many of its brightest young minds fleeing the nation. Essentially, Russia will be left as a petro-slave to China and India, routinely exploited, while the Russian people continue to fall behind their Western counterparts in almost all areas of societal advancement.

Putin made a horrendous mistake by assuming that the West is a decadent block of of fickle actors, who wouldn't dare stand up to Russia in support of our self interests. What he's quickly finding out is that we're self-interested pricks, like everyone else, more than willing to watch Russians die by the tens of thousands, because we don't care about them. They're the enemy to us and they're cared for even less back at home. A perfect people to test our new weapons on, and an even better people to kill by clearing out our old warehouses of supplies, so we have a convenient excuse to buy new, better supplies.
