❗️If the Russian Federation continues to strike l the regions of Ukraine bordering with Poland, then Poland will introduce anti-missile defense over the western regions of Ukraine. And what are the "western regions" - this is already a rhetorical question

Russian troops launched a massive missile attack with six missiles on Ukrainian defense infrastructure facilities in the city of Kremenchuk.

Many samples of Western weapons delivered to Ukraine were captured by Russian troops. One of them is the Franco-German man-portable anti-tank missile system MILAN. On the video you can see the version of the MILAN 2 ATGM, developed in 1984, according to the soldiers, the complex is inferior to the Russian ATGM, but due to its light weight it is convenient for use in the city. With the help of captured MILAN anti-tank systems, Russian soldiers strike at Ukrainian surveillance cameras installed on the pipes of the Azot plant in Severodonetsk. After the strike, the calculation quickly leaves the position, as the Ukrainian army quickly strikes back.

Maybe Selensky would be well advised to consider this idea seriously - instead of facing the issue of going to lose far more, right down to the entire Ukraine getting into Putin's hands in the next 12+ month.
Maybe one should acquire some basic knowledge of how democracy works. Try to convince 44 million Ukrainians to forget all the sacrifices they have made in order to secure their right to self-determination. Freedom can become indispensable for those who have tried it...

Why, time is playing on his side, its Russia that need a swift victory.
Russia will have a problem as long as the sanctions stay in place, things will only go downhill at this point, the longer the war prolongs the worse for putin.

Hardly a choice, if Ukraine stop the war for whatever reason, that means giving the Russians the time to regroup for another offensive, Russia will not stop, at best they'll only delay.

So it's best to continue the war, Western aid aint going anywhere soon, and Russians still cannot make a significant breakthrough anywhere in Ukraine.

I don't see that time is playing on Selensky's side - far more to Putin's favor IMO.

Zelensky basically has unlimited supply from west while Russia is running out of reserves.
And it will only get worse once eurpoe has diversified gas sources enough not to be dependant on russia anymore.

Ukraine and NATO despite needing to be aware latest since 2014 were/are IMO totally not prepared to face off an attack by Russia on February 2022.
The requested amount of weapons by Ukraine to "win" this war are also IMO not feasible - certainly not within the next 24 month. (and certainly not at the present delivery rate).
Russia so far is fighting this war with a very low participation in regards to employed manpower and modern weapons - therefore this slow-motion steamroller advance. Human losses on the Russian forces side can only be speculated upon (ranges from 15,000 killed to 35,000 killed) but most likely the real Russian and Ukrainian losses are probably on par. And the majority of Russian human losses is burdened/sustained by the DNLR not the RF. - maybe??

The far more feasible Ukraine alternative could be to stop this war at the present front-lines. Get a clear commitment from NATO towards a future Russian attack.
(factually involving NATO units on Ukrainian territory if Russia should attack again) and meanwhile set up a credible and capable Ukrainian Armed Forces. Politics and nations futures aren't decided in a short term solution but in the long term (e.g. 10+ years) Who knows who will rule Russia in e.g. 10 years - maybe a new government in e.g. 5 years will be far more receptive to a peaceful territorial solution of this Ukraine - Russia issue?

In form of drippings? USA maybe 12 instead of 4 MLRS systems? France sending another 5 Caesar's?
while Russia is running out of reserves.
According to who? western Media? - or substantial confirmed evidence? Russia so far hasn't even begun to substantially tap it's reserves.

The Ukraine forces are facing increased desertion and lowering moral issues (according to Western media and NATO sources) and it is going to get worse since so far the UAF can't see any viable success or achievements.

Would you have any confirmed figures as to the $ value of oil and gas - reduced by EU and possible value of oil and gas being supplied by Russia to other customers?
In regards to e.g. titanium and other precious minerals both the EU and the USA keep buying - just as before.

Are you sure that the EU citizens will just simply accept e.g. Euro 2.60+/l at the gas station and continious rising inflation without causing repercussions towards their present government's and their internal political coalitions?

For some peculiar reason, European leaders want to preserve Putin's face. Nobody wants to mess with the gas station which will fall into small states and not be able to secure its nuclear potential. So far the help has been sufficient to initiate Russian Army advance toward its borders from Kyiv and Harkov. 10 Caesars more will ruin the Russian Army for sure.

Butcha and Irpin have been convincing examples of how the Russian Army will treat civilians after Russia visits any country. Inflation is a bearable price to pay.

Please present your evidence,? As of my knowledge, about 500 billion USD worth of RU central bank reserves are frozen in west.

Hmm, any proof about that? Do you really think it is a blessing to become a part of Russki Mir? Estonians learned it a hard way- surrender does not help, a big part of the nation will be killed, imprisoned, enslaved, and raped anyway. Finns did not surrender in the 1940-s and lost fewer people, eventually. Why should it be different in the current case?

Kind of blackmailing, is it not? So let them enjoy it until they can.

Hereby you might be right. Still, the timing for price blackmail is the worst there can be. In the middle of the heat wave? Thing is, Europe pays well, and China not so well at all. Should one kill a goose laying golden eggs? Kind of stupid, if anyone asks from me...

I agree with we can't afford to stop the war now . After Macron's last try for stopping the war, EU leaders are preparing population for bad times as inflation is rising a lot, for example in Spain we have around 10% just for the first 6 months of the year, and we expect gasoil prices to reach almost 3€ this year, when it's normal price was around 1.35€.

Annual budgets for european countries are now wet paper and slowly moving towards war budgets.
In Germany the ongoing debate is if the country should put limits by law about energy and gas consumption.

No one will want to start a reconstruction in Ukraine if the "peace" is not good and lasting. Any bridge reconstructed will be a good target for RU and maybe a "collateral damage" killing or wounding EU civilians working on reconstruction places, could trigger things we didn't see until now.

My bet is we are going to keep supporting UKR with small batchs of weapons until a front is about to fall apart, that would put Putin in a serious and difficult situation for declaring general movilization... key moment where we can start to use Putin's own tools and transition from diplomatic war outside Russia to their own borders.

Some (Western) social media fairytales:

1.- 'Russia's economy will fall!'

2.- 'Turkish people are hungry!'

3.- 'Homosexuality is genetic!'

4.- 'Humans are causing climatechange!'

As long as Russia has gas, its economy will never fall

Certainly they will face a bumpy ride for 2 to 3 years but with the soaring gas prices and the massive Russian current account surplus, Russia will pass through this period safely sooner or later

🇺🇦 The Armed Forces of Ukraine have advanced more than 10 km towards Melitopol, - said the mayor of the city Ivan Fedorov

According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have recently made significant progress and are already on the borders of Kherson, and also recently these areas have been strengthened by new Western weapons, which "absolutely brings us closer to victory."
