Funny how people forget that former Soviet puppet countries that the Soviets ruled with an iron fist joined Nato on their own accord.

I dont think Poles especially have any love as the Russians green light their invasion to Nazi Germany then spent decades under communist rule wrapped around the BS lie that they were liberated.

Same story with the Baltic countries.

Nato did not point a gun to any former Warsaw pact country to join them.

Sad story is Russia should have been confronted long ago with their invasion of Moldova and Chechnya while leaving Georgia alone to face Russia.

Lets not forget how Obama turned a blind eye to Russia's expansion in Syria.

Listen to me now:
I feel truly sorry for any civilian or person suffering due to a war - especially for those sufferings and misery caused by irresponsible politicians.
So read my posts or ignore my posts - up to you.
Your neighbor might see them as liberators - so do likely the majority of Russo-Ukrainians, whilst Ukrainians in general see them as a threat and aggressors.

I don't believe that there is anyone on this Forum who has the slightest doubt about Russia having started a war with Ukraine.

There is a history to every political issue and argument - simple laying blame solely onto one party = nonsense and bullshit.

Any responsible person e.g. teacher will ask: who started the ferocious fight in the school yard? = the big Russian boy
Second question what caused this fight? = a school group called NATO and a small boy called Ukraine, who constantly threw little stones at the Russian boy - knowing that he is looking for revenge because he is not happy about their possessive claim towards the school yard. Even though the School administration agreed to it.
Question: How come the big Russian boy was able to hurt the little Ukrainian boy so badly despite the NATO group being present?
Because neither the NATO group nor the little Ukraine boy - took any necessary steps for the event that the big Russian boy would attack.

Are they still fighting in the school yard? - oh yes, like hell - and the NATO group is still discussing how to help that little Ukraine boy, but they don't really want to further aggravate the big Russian boy to much.

Russians believe Ukrainians dont exist as an ethnic group. Hence why they see fit to destroy this nation as they believe they are fake.

Russians calling Ukrainians fake. Is like the Turkish people calling their Azerbaijani people as fake. Russians just dont tolerate the people who are basically their own blood brothers and sisters born from the same mother.

More of Russia's pan slavism bullshit where they believe every slavic ethnic group is fake apart from their own to justify their expansionism. Then they wonder why apart from Serbs that their own Slavic brothers in the East, Balkans and the West acting hostile to them.

I spoke to a Ukrainian the other day and he said the blood brothers thing was largely a russian created myth to occupy and control the Ukrainian people easier. The Russians played a similar trick on the Bulgarians, who are not even aware that it was Bulgar Turks who created the First Bulgur kingdom in that region.

The Russians did everything to erase Turkish identity and history in the balkans as away to limit Turkish influence in the region. There was a time under the Ottomans when the Turks made the majority of its population.

When you look at Russian brutality towards the Ukrainian people, its safer to be an enemy of Russians then to be her brother.

Maybe some Azeri people could educate me, but wasn't the whole soviet pushing of Azeri identity a way to separate the Turks of Turkey from the Turks that they occupied?

Russia is very well aware that there is a spoken Ukrainian language and partially an own writing - it's called ethnicity, therefore there is an ethnic group referred to as Ukrainians. In recognizing this, the Soviet-union designed a territory and gave it the name Ukrainian People’s Republic of Soviets in 1917,changed in 1922 to Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic or in short, the Ukrainian SSR.

Any real military expert will know that without a specific military component - Ukraine will never be able to win that war. So this whole thing is just a show.
Played out on the backs of Ukrainian civilians and Ukraine soldiers more or less dying for nothing.

There is no way for any army to beat or defeat an adversary such as Russia without that specific component. Which would take at least 2 years to take shape, cost around US$ 30-35 billion. As long NATO and Ukraine do not address this specific military component accordingly, it remains as I stated - just a show and hoping for a miracle to happen in the Kremlin.

That specific military component is called: AIR-FORCE
Watch and see. Remember the Russian-Japan war or WWI, even not talking about the Estonian liberty war 1918-1920. Russia can be beaten, although this is a tremendous task.

Interesting, for what Russian soldiers are dying in this war? Are they aware of it? About Ukrainian soldiers, you have to ask themselves. As mentioned before and learned from life, fighting against Russia becomes cheaper in terms of lives lost. What do you think, how many Butchas could be in Ukraine if Russians could walk freely?

And what does this have to do with the one and only decisive fact, that Ukraine has no Air-force capability in order to beat Russia?

Just to remember those inglorious bastards have been beaten many times in history and will be beaten in the future. Who has liberated more Ukrainian land compared to Russians at their disposal, at the moment? Norwegian trolls? No, Ukrainians did and will continue to do so, with or without air support. Additionally, the Russians also do not have air superiority. It would be interesting to hear the explanation, of how the Russians are going to win Ukraine without air superiority?

Footage has emerged of the Russian helicopter KA-52 pursuing and destroying a vehicle of the Ukrainian armed forces. The video at the end is changed, because after the destruction of the car, the footage is too hard.

The Russian Ministry of Defense showed the combat work of the T-80BV tank and the BTR-82A armored personnel carrier of the Marine Corps in Ukraine. The crew of the T-80BV uses a complex tactical element - "flank shooting" and suppresses the strongholds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with fire.

Former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, who is now in the UK, bought used DAF military trucks for the Ukrainian army with the money of his foundation

Ukraine has no Air-force capability in order to beat Russia

They need not beat the Russians in the air. They only have to achieve air denial on most of Ukraine's airspace. HIMARS will do the job against out of reach and strategic targets. For the time, we're seeing a re-stock of ex-Soviet AD system to that of Western AD system. Which is ggod for Ukraine.

Russia has not able to gain superiority let alone supremacy in the air above Ukraine, most of the strikes we're seeing are stand off by nature or low flying Su-25 for CAS. Implying Russia's lacks of confidence to operate deep inside Ukraine at the more efficient high altitude.

The HIMARS will be particularly helpful against Russian ammo dump and command center. If Ukraine could maintain the tempo of strategic destruction, we could see a complete reversal of fortune. Russia is still dependent on its artillery for any advance, and if they run out of ammo so does the entire invasion.

There is a possibility as had been demonstrated in the middle east where forces without air forces are able to carry out a successful offensive against a foe with an air force , case : ISIS/FSA v SAA in the 2012-2015 time period.

Russian air strike in Ukraine are no more efficient than the SyAAF air strike we saw for most of the duration of the war.

❗️Meanwhile, the 45,000 plastic bags purchased by the RF Ministry of Defense are almost running out. It's time to announce the action: two - in one (package)

A TB2 chilling out near Snake Island catches the Russian airforce trying to bomb it. 4 bombs are released - 2 of them land in the water, 1 fails to detonate and the only 1 that explodes does so in a field:

This is the worst possible position for bomb delivery. Low level + dumb bombs. Without precision munitions, to accurately deliver the aircraft either must :

  1. Flew at a higher altitude
  2. Dive towards the target

Looks like the center of Lisichansk has fallen. Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov posted this video on his channel, of raising the Victory banner in the Lisichansk center.
