Ukraine is interested in T-155 Fırtına SPH, T-129 Atak helicopter, and Kaplan medium tank. Some sources say the deal for T-155 Fırtına is signed with a big discount. Turkish Armed Forces might deliver T-155 Fırtına from the stocks and might donate some amount of older SPHs (M52T, M44T) currently in the inventory. No number is quoted but I expect dozens of SPH to be delivered.

The Turkish M52T self-propelled howitzer is an upgrade of the obsolete US-built M52 artillery system, manufactured in the 1950s. Turkish Army is the sole operator of this artillery system.

The boss move would be for Turkey to give Ukraine 24 Firtina, 155mm howitzers and sell them an additional 48 more at an agreed upon price. Then South Korea could transfer 12 K9s to backfill part of the Turkish donation, without directly sending any weapons onto the battlefield.

Ukraine gets more top of the line howitzers in the short term and long term. Turkey gets a purchase order which is positive for its own industry. South Korea gets to continue to aid in the war effort, without breaking its own internal laws.

- 2x Additional Patriot launchers
- 40x Additional Marder 1A3 IFV
- 25x Leopard 1A5 MBT
- 5x Bergepanzer 2 ARV
- 25,000 155mm artillery shells
- 1x Luna Recon UAV
- Engineering / demining equipment

Meanwhile, France has formally announced that they will supply Ukraine with SCALP (their version of Storm Shadow) cruise missiles to support the UK led effort to give Ukraine long range strike capability.

Norway also made an announcement, although it's a little less specific in nature. They are in increasing military aid support to Ukraine from $240 million usd, to $930 million usd. It's yet to be known what the extra funds will be spent on.

The United States had a stockpile of 3 million cluster munitions that they have little use for. Digging into that stockpile will help them bridge the time needed for Europe and and The United States to further ramp up 155mm, 105mm, 152mm and 122mm artillery shells production. South Korea has already backfilled U.S. inventories with between 500,000 and 1 million 155mm shells, so the U.S. can send their own to Ukraine. Japan might be willing to do the same... Eventually, you have to come up with alternative sources of ammunition in order to keep Ukrainian guns firing, and cluster shells are really good against soft targets, of whom Russia has many.
