But it won't be financial aid in cash. The worth of used weapons, fighters, tanks etc from US army stocks will cost 100 billion. So it won't bring burden on American tax payers.

I think US tax payers would agree to send old used 100 f-16 C which worth 20-30billions .

300-400 old used m1abrams worth also some money but they are old in US inventory.
Of course I'm aware of that, but if you follow the current situation in Congress, even Biden's request for $24 billion in funding was met with opposition and didn't succeed. Republicans are tying aid to Ukraine to border funding and other concessions, and a group of Trumpist Republicans are against all aid to Ukraine.

$100 Billion usd in aid would come with at least $60 billion usd in Presidential Drawdown Authority and USAI Procurement. Combined with what the EU will provide Ukraine throughout 2024 that would push Russia to the absolute brink of their ability achieve land grabs in Ukraine. $100 Billion usd, especially when we're talking about depreciated value of weapons in the U.S. inventories, is an absolutely ridiculous amount armor, ordinance and air power heading Ukraine's way...

I mean... We could be talking about the following (among plenty of other items) over the course of 2024...

- 200 M1A1 Abram MBTs
- 500 Bradley IFVs
- 500 Stryker APCs
- 100 M109 Howitzers
- 24 F-16 Fighters jets
- 2 Patriot Missile Batteries
- 2000 PAC 2 and PAC 3 missiles
- 2000 AIM-120 AMRAAMs
- 5000 AIM-9 Sidewinders
- 750,000 155MM artillery shells
- 250,000 105MM artillery shells
- 10,000 GMLRS
- 5000 Javelins
- 10,000 AT4s and M72 LAW
- 300 JASSM cruise missiles
- 200 ATCAMS
- 1000 500lb bombs
- 1000 1000lb bombs
- 5000 kamikaze drones
- 5000 Surveillance drones

That would be just scratching the surface of what they could send for $100,000 Billion usd.

Your expectations about AMRAAM, SIDEWINDER and PAC-3 are simply unrealistic.

And it is not even about the money, it is about the production scale of these high end ammunitions. They simply cannot do it within a year or two. Nor US military would risk sending such large numbers of high end ammunition from its inventory.

200 PAC-3 is possible
Similary, 200 AMRAAMS and 400-500 sidewinders are porbbaly also manageable for 2024.

The AIM-120 and AIM-7/9 are the primary ammunition for NASAMS and the primary munitions for the U.S. Air Force and Navy. My numbers might be too high, but yours are exceptionally low in terms of what USA can spare.

According the Oryx list of visual losses, Russia lost 56 MBTs in the month of September. Note that this is far less than the 250 some that Ukraine claims in the same period. That said, we know that the truth is always somewhere in the middle. Ukraine certainly exaggerates Russia's combat loses for propaganda purposes, but Oryx is also not always able to see every piece of armor destroyed in the war. That said, even if they are, 56 MBTs in one month is still an enormous loss for Russia, especially when they are mostly modern T-90s and T-72s. Russia does not have the capacity to sustain those types of losses to their modern tank fleet for multiple, consecutive months. If they start losing 150-200 modern tanks (and many experienced crews) every fiscal quarter, they're going to burn through their reserves extremely quickly and far outpace their production capacity.

Finally they confessed their hatred towards Ukrainian people.
For them Every Ukrainian is a Neo-Nazist and must be executed! F...g idiots!

"The representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, Vasily Nebeznya, said that the occupiers killed many “Ukrainian neo-Nazis” with a missile attack on the village of Groza."

Recall that 52 civilians were killed as a result of attacking on a store and cafe in the village of Groza in the Kharkov region."

The Kremlin is convinced that
the West will postpone the topic of Ukraine "in the background or even a third plan" due to a military conflict between Israel and Palestine.

According to insiders, the Russian authorities believe that now the West can call Kiev to temporarily "freeze" the conflict with the Russian Federation, promising to restore large-scale military and financial assistance immediately after the problems in the Middle East are solved.
"It is clear that then some negotiations should begin between Kiev and Moscow. At the informally level, the consultations as a whole did not stop, but it will be extremely difficult to transfer them to a formal regime.

Therefore, if this does not happen in the near future, then It is unlikely to happen at all,” informed sources say. @Kremlin_Sekret

A new video showing some of the recent destruction faced by the Russians in southern Ukraine. The price they are paying is HEAVY! Western tax dollars well spent.

German Arms dealer Rheinmetall has announced that they received a new order for 155mm artillery shells intended for Ukraine. The German Government the shells in a deal that cost approximately 450 million Euros. The shells wills be manufactured at Rheinmetall's newly acquired factory in Spain. Deliveries of this contracted ammunition will begin in late 2023 and will continue to completion throughout 2024.

150,000 artillery shells is 4-6 weeks worth of ammunition for Ukraine, at the current rate they are firing it. Expect the factory to produce and ship approximately, 10,000-12,000 shells per month in order to complete the order by the conclusion of 2024.

That marks the 3rd ammunition contract signed by Rheinmetall. In total, it appears that they will supply approximately 400,000-500,000 of the 1 million artillery shells that the EU promised Ukraine throughout 2023 and 2024. Expect the United States, Canada and the French / Australian coalition to match those 1 million shells in 2024. Furthermore, it's expected that Ukraine's own manufacturing of shells will continue to pick up throughout the back half of 2023 and into 2024.

All together, I expect Ukraine to receive roughly 2.1-2.3 million artillery shells between October 2023 and and December 2024. The potential game changer to watch is South Korea. Up until now the South Koreans have only been willing to provide non-lethal aid to Ukraine and backfill Western inventories with artillery shells. However, with the news that North Korea is now providing artillery shells directly to Russia (who is tearing through their own inventories quickly) South Korea may begin to donate / sell large stocks of shells directly to Ukraine. The South Koreans have enormous production capacity for artillery shells and are said to have numerous millions stockpiled as part of their own defense policy. If they were willing to sell 500,000 shells directly to Ukraine in 2024, it would greatly boost Ukraine's supplies of shells in the short term, while USA, Canada, Europe and Ukraine work feverishly to increase capacity.

Meanwhile, Russia is turning to North Korea for a reason. Between their enormous use of shells early in the conflict and Ujraine's targeted destruction of major supply depots across the front using HIMARs strikes, some estimates suggest that Russia has exhausted between 8-10 million artillery shells, of their roughly 15 million pre-war stock. Furthermore, their usage rate is out-stripping their production capacity exponentially, meaning that they are running out quickly. Every month they great an enormous deficit for themselves, requiring Iran and North Korea to backfill them.

Ukraine 🇺🇦 will spend nearly 22% of its GDP on defense spending in 2024. Zelensky will sign into legality 1.7 Trillion UAH, equivalent to nearly $47 Billion usd worth of defense spending in 2024. While many of those dollars will be spent on things such as salaries for the troops, expect at least $20 Billion usd of that money to be spent on weapons production, procurement and technology development.

This is huge news as it represents a near doubling of Ukraine's 2023 spending and signals their desire as a nation to continue fighting and to continue the assured destruction of Russia's modern land army. Combine with foreign funding with USA, the EU and approximately 10 other supporting nations, expect funding for the war to reach $150 Billion usd in 2024, forcing Russia to spend a deeply uncomfortable amount of money to continue their losing effort.

Expect the following new capabilities to come online for Ukraine in 2024, among others.

- F-16 fighters jets, featuring a full suite of modern American weapons, including JASSM cruise missiles, HAARM anti-radiation missiles, AIM-120 AMRAAM air-to-air missiles, JDAM kits for guided bombs, etc.

- Aerovironment Switchblade 600 anti-armor kamikaze drones, a response to Russia's Lancet drones and an upgrade on the more primitive FPV drones that Ukraine has used as anti-armor drones to this point in the war.

- Fully integrated, domestically made artillery shell production line. Throughout 2024 Ukraine will finally be able to make large amounts of its own artillery shells, but for its legacy Soviet systems and its newer Western systems. They production lines have been largely set up in neighboring countries, for continued production safety and ease of logistics in providing the required ammunition to the front.

- Archer (Sweden) and Firtina (Turkey) 155mm artillery systems. Similar to the other Western made artillery systems that have been donated to Ukraine, both self-propelled systems will continue to ensure that Ukraine has the range, accuracy and counter battery fire advantage over the Russians.

- M1A1 MBTs. The first 31 American made Abrams are arriving in Ukraine as we speak. There will be significantly more to follow throughout 2024, as Ukraine will implement them in their armoured units, as a substantial upgrade to the T-64 and T-72 tanks that formed the bulk of their tank fleet throughout 2023.

New defense package for Ukraine, from Germany 🇩🇪 , valued at 1 Billion Euros. This package is very important for the Ukrainians as they head into winter. The package includes the following.

- 1 Additional Patriot air defense system, including radar, command vehicle and 8 launchers.

- 60 Additional PAC 2/3 air defense missiles.

- 2 Additional IRIS-T air defense systems and associated missiles.

- 10 Additional Leopard 1A5 MBTs.

- 3 Additional Gepard Air defense units.

- 155mm artillery shells.

- Transport, logistics and medical vehicles.

Note: with the addition of this package, Ukraine will now have 3 Patriot air defense systems in country and will be able to intercept far more of Russia's balistic missiles. 2 additional IRIS-T systems will also enable Ukraine to shoot down additional cruise missiles in various areas of the country.

All together, I expect Ukraine to receive roughly 2.1-2.3 million artillery shells between October 2023 and and December 2024.

It’s very important to keep up and even boost the supply of artillery shells and systems. This is where Ukraine could win the long term war, as Russia is slowly burning through its artillery units and ammunition reserve.

This is a war of attrition, and Ukraine has longer range and more precise artillery, coupled with better counter battery radars. They are already dominating the artillery exchanges, and Russia’s artillery units will only become weaker with the war advancing, as they don’t have the capacity to replace all the losses.

Ukraine should not hurry with its offensive. They should not throw tanks and IFVs into minefields losing their soldiers recklessly. Instead, they should continue the artillery and rocket artillery exchanges until Russia is totally dominated. By doing that, they will decrease Russia’s capability to defend against a future offensive, while waiting for the F16s and JDAMS to come.

If you wonder where such losses of tanks and APC in the reports come from, the answer is Avdeevka.

DeepState: Today was one of the most difficult days at the Avdiivsky Otynk

✔️The enemy left in several columns, moreover, filled with landing forces. As we said in the afternoon, it was all accompanied by artillery, aviation and rockets. Columns advanced from Krasnohorivka, Novoselivka Drugoi, Vodyanyi, Pisky and Vesely. Of course, the poda**m managed to capture certain positions, but considering the number of personnel and equipment that was involved, the results are simply deplorable for the enemy.

✔️ Russians hoped for a blitzkrieg. Losses of equipment are colossal, analysts will soon be counting. Hundreds of infantrymen were disembarked and are still roaming the gray area. The fighting continues. Indeed, everything could have been much worse, but the coordinated work of the Defense Forces produced results. Of course, it was not without losses.

✔️ Statements about the entry of enemy into Berdych were circulating on the Internet - this is just another sick wet fantasy of propagandists. Of course, not everything is rosy near Avdiivka, but the first attack of the real Soviet army was repelled.
