I'm going to guess it's fake. The ribbon with "Exclusive" written on it seems like the type of thing that would be on a fake jumper. Regardless, it's a nice looking jumper.


But if we look at details, we can see that there appears to be British-style crowns, so that rules out for example, the Royal Thai Navy. Then we can remove Canada from the list too, because the leaves aren't maple leaves. That might narrow it down a bit, but I'm still betting it's fake.

You do make mention of the crowns and on the jumper you can notice the crosses which is on the The Royal Naval College, Greenwich.

The jersey is Bailiwick of Jersey and is regarded as the Assize d'Herritage meeting between the French and British. The painting can be viewed below which hangs on the court room wall. This jersey is actually IT.
