The Taliban doesn't even have such laws. A woman abused in Afghanistan now has nowhere to turn to.

Additionally, the US has almost 340 million people. Afghanistan has barely over 30 million.

Of course i am also all for women rights but it is matter of frames under which one you "give" them rights.
Liberal secular frame "give" them right to be slave to the commercialism and constant sexualisation trough society lenses, along their already biological determimation i call it further burden, i do not call it liberation.

While Afghanistan has been a mess, the US has been way less brutal than the Taliban has and will be. So yeah, women's rights is kinda relevant. I don't mean to disparage certain commenters here but please, please don't lower yourselves to the level of actually supporting these savages and belittling the suffering that people will undergo at their hands. ANA sucked, so does the Taliban. The Afghani people are the ones that are going to suffer and that includes women.

Nothing will match the level of brutality and terror which the special forces, drones, and various explosive munitions of the coalition forces reigned down upon the people of that country. I wouldn't know where to begin explaining to you what has been reported, let alone what is covered up.
