Yes again. This was a shock to me. Here in UK they come across as more western then west but to find that the freakin practice FGM did not fit their image they have carved here. Even in the most conservative, backward areas of Pakistan where Taliban hold sway there is NO FGM. It is unknown in Pakistan.

Yeah they play the game really well and hide the reality of their culture. For example honour killings is really big problem among kurdish communities but that will be hidden from view. Its also worth pointing out that much of the kurdish negative behaviour that occurs in england tends to get dumped on the Turks in the media. So when you get a kurdish honour killing they will place it on the Turks.
