American war crimes in Afghanistan far exceed those listed or even recorded. Thing of it this way. A typical US Army recruit comes from that strata of American society who tend to lean right, are Islamaphobic, look at the east as threat to Western civilization and often are racist. Now prep them with FOX News propaganda 24/7, play video games shooting "Moslem terrorists". These type of guys are loose guns at best of times - you see gun crime in USA.
Now arm them and unleash them into Afghanistan. To them every man is "Moslem terrorists'. Loosing few rounds into a target not only will get bloodl;ust but also no action will be taken. These type of incidents were daily occurances in Afghanistan. Had those soldiers been Turks, Bosnians, Bangladeshi's etc they would go about their duty without that 'score to settle' mindset and would have more empathy with the population.

we had our mission on Afganistan but luckily in non combatant role, they were engaged on post guards duties as well as on mine clearing task. lot of civilians also worked for usa contractors due expirience from bosnia post war engagement.
