After taking Full payment

India later informed Bangladesh that it would not continue the commercial supply of vaccines for an indefinite period, citing an internal crisis.

So? All contracts have an emergency clause. If you have paid Serum Institute, your Govt. should take them to Arbitration court or any court whose jurisdiction is stipulated in the contract.

Bangladesh purchaged vaccine(G2G) and then payed all the money. Then Cunning Modi Govt resumed vaccine supply and with that money they vaccinated indian citizen. India don't even consider giving back money lol.
